I had been going to my old dentist for over 10 years and really liked him. However, he had been practicing for many years and did most things the old-fashioned way. Im all about preventative care and so I wanted to check out a hi-tech dentist that used the very latest technology. Now I would never go back. They were able to visually show me through blow up photos as well as digital x-rays, that could be blown up, things that it was just impossible for my old dentist to see with his naked eye or the old fashioned x-ray. They say a picture is worth a thousand words - how true. They showed me photos of my teeth so I could see the difference between one of my intact LARGE fillings and another one that was bulging at the edges which had caused 3 cracks in the actual tooth. What was the most convincing though was the photo of that tooth once the filling had been removed and I could actually see the very large cavity that the filling had been hiding. That tooth was in major danger of cracking into 3 pieces - which would have required a bridge or an implant. They were able to save that tooth and it only required a crown. Ive had that type of work done before and was really impressed with how comfortable they made that procedure. 5 Stars is just not enough!!!

I first came to Optimal Dental Center in 2005 and I cant imagine getting my dental care with anyone else but the doctors and staff of Optimal Dental Center. I started off with Dr. Dang, but throughout my years with Optimal Dental Center, has had cleanings with Mai, Mary Jane, and Helen and very pleased with them all. I have had fillings and crowns done by Dr. Caligan and Dr. Nguyen and are as happy with Drs. Caligan and Nguyen as with Dr. Dang. All three doctors are very kind, patient, and gentle. Beside the doctors, the front desk staff are always friendly and courteous. They always give me advance notice on my co-payments for any treatment the doctors recommended which is very helpful. The people helping the doctors in the back are also very friendly and caring. I also had Invisalign with Dr. Dang, and cant rave enough about how great dr. Dang is and how much more beautiful my teeth look. Overall, the best dentist office in the area: warm, caring, and very reasonable.

Ive been coming to this center for more than a year now, and so far Ive been pleased with the quality of work they do, the environment and customer service here. Front desk ladies are very polite and prompt to respond to phone calls. I have several fillings done here by Dr. Assadi, and I am happy with the work she has done! Dr. Assadi is very good at her job, that means she does not only fixes teeth, but also cares for her patients. She is a conservative, she would do everything to save your teeth when probably most of the dentist would give up and recommend a crown; she is very careful when she works, i dont have to worry about pain. Dr. Assadi is a perfectionist and would not let you leave if she suspect a little flaw in her job; she would go back and fix it even though she might be hungry and there might be other patients waiting. Im glad I found a dentist who is not only a professional in her field, but also a person who cares about you and your health.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Dang since 2004 and we would not even consider going anywhere else. Scheduling appointments is easy, front desk staff is friendly and responsive (which is not the case with so many other practices!) and Dr. Dang is a true professional with years of practice. He is a man of few words, but is a gentle and knowledgeable doctor. We see doctor Dang for regular visits as well as I just recently got my adult braces put on. The treatment plan was clear and I am progressing through my treatment just as planned. As some of the other doctors wanted to pull my teeth to make room, Dr. Dang found creative ways to not do that which I really appreciated. On top of it all, his treatment plan was cost effective as well and I am progressing quicker than some of my friends who are using different doctors! So all in all, we would (and have) recommend this office to any of our family and friends!

My visits at Dr. Dangs office have been by far the best experiences I have ever had to have dental work done! Everyone on the staff is very friendly and professional, and they always make you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure! Dr. Caligan has to be one of the nicest and most skillful dentists I have very met, who is very thorough and works to ensure that his patients are well taken care of! All of my hygienists have been very pleasant and forthcoming! Each of them greet me with a smile, and always initiate a stimulating conversation to make my visit as smooth and exciting as possible! The front desk staff is always courteous, kind and helpful! I never have a problem with scheduling a visit around my work hours, and Maria always calls and leave voicemails to remind me that I have an upcoming appointment! I grade Dr. Dangs staff with an A + for exceptional customer service!

This is my 2nd visit to this office. The 1st visit was for a routine exam. The 2nd visit is for the work that was scheduled to be done. I am very impressed with my new dentist, Hieu Nguyen, on both sessions. Personally, she is open and friendly. Professionally, she is technically competent. Specifically, she performed a complete exam very carefully, discovered some cavities, explained things out in detail, and suggested corrective actions during the 1st session. Then today, she performed the filling smoothly and paid attention to the art of dentistry. It was a painless session which I am very pleased. I have been with Optimal Dental Center since they first opened. I can only say that over the years their customer service and ability to provide for their patients has only improved. Dr. Dang strives to improve his knowledge in the dental field as he began to incorporate orthodontics. My experience with the staff has been tremendous from the front desk staff greeting and making me feel welcomed to the hygienists and doctors leaving me smiling. Appointments from my experience are always prompt if not earlier. The staff also explains how treatments work and try to work with patients to provide the most comfort when cleaning my teeth and doing fillings. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Dang and Optimal Dental Center to friends.

If you are looking for an office that actually cares about your health, this is the place to be. I had an some work done yesterday by Dr Assadi and her assistant Sam. I felt absolutely nothing. Dr was gentle and comforting, along with Sams friendly demeanor. Every time I come to the place I feel more and more comfortable with the staff. Dr Dang did my braces this year and I couldnt be happier with the appearance of my teeth. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to their wonderful financial coordinator that makes it all possible I am in love with this place. I never thought coming to the dentist would be such a great experience. They educate you and you feel like part of a family here, very personable. Thank you ODC!
