I love this place! The staff are very friendly and professional. Ive been with them almost 3 years having left a dentist who failed to tell me that I had gum disease. I thought bleeding gums was normal during flossing! Found were some deeper than normal pockets between some teeth. I was put on a regular schedule to help me keep my teeth! Their technology and treatment is unlike any Ive had and I am a young 59! Also, I got my first crown there last year and I thought the entire procedure was a minor miracle. Ill probably need more one day as old fillings wear out and less tooth structure but they have not pushed me toward this-- just informed me. They have had some frequent dentist changes since Ive been there due to changes in the lives of the dentists families but at least good ones have replaced them, I do not think they would risk their careers by being dishonest in this day of intense medical scrutiny, like with this google page! My experience with them show them to be professionally moral. Some insurance companies are slow and may let some cases slip thru the cracks so we really cant blame dental staff. This office has been very diligent with my billings and really, it is up to the clients to know what their benefits are and I am one who needs to work on that! Im thankful I can trust them to help me with my questions! I highly recommend them!

Whatsoever house I may enter, my visit shall be for the convenience and advantage of the patient; and I will willingly refrain from doing any injury or wrong from falsehood, and (in an especial manner) from acts of an amorous nature, whatever may be the rank of those who it may be my duty to cure, whether mistress or servant, bond or free. This practice is a den of thieves. Prepare to be told your dental work cannot be completed without 4 appointments of "deep cleaning" your insurance doesnt cover done first. I was told a tooth needed to be pulled before I received my treatment that was on the opposite side of my mouth from where the pain was. I was given an estimate more than double what my insurance told me my out of pocket maximum was for a crown. DO NOT GIVE THESE CON ARTISTS YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE WORSE THAN USED CAR SALESMAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. My X-rays my insurance paid for are now being held hostage. I have contacted the state corporation commission!

This place is TERRIBLE! From day one I was FORCED into appointment times I stated I was unsure I could make. Then the first time I am unable to make one of their appointments they tell me its a 35$ fee to reschedule within 48hrs!! Not only was she rude but she hung up on me when I said I was unsure if we would return! They would not give copies of xrays and wanted to charge for them. Seemed pretty pushy with numerous procedures off the bat too and I was not feeling at all comfortable. When it comes to my families dental care I think I would rather feel welcomed and comfortable instead of forced and scammed out of money. Please. Avoid this place at all costs!!

The worst dentist I have ever been too. I dont recommend this place. First, the patients room is not clean. the location is not on the GPS. Second, even though I made my appointment a week ago but when I got there they told me that I dont have an appointment. They had to take an x-ray twice because they have no idea what theyre doing. Even though I told them exactly what was wrong with my tooth they still didnt do anything about it. It looks like they only care about how much money they can get from you more than your tooth problems.

Worst dental office Ive ever been too. Not once did anybody examine my mouth. All they did was take x-ray and said I need an extraction. I asked several times about my issue yet again NOBODY looked into my mouth. Very inconsiderate office. Also very unsanitary. The only good thing about this office was the nice lady at the front desk who was very kind to my daughter. The rest are terrible. I had to tell then to cover my child for my x-ray BC she was in the room with me and they werent smart enough to do so themselves

I found the staff to be friendly enough, but they OVER-diagnose problems that dont exist. Dr. Pham claimed my daughter had 13 cavities in six months time. Took her to another dentist and she only had 4 very tiny cavities. This makes me wonder about all the other HOLES they drilled in my kids teeth--did they really need to be drilled at all?! They also continue to send bills (a whole year later) they claim the insurance wont pay. We cant understand the bills, so we pay and we pay. I believe they are dishonest.

What a great experience! I had an abcess that swelled up so badly that I had to come in for an emergency visit. The staff was friendly and quick. The nurse was amazing. The doctor was fast, professional, and painless. They explained everything to me and eased my nerves immensely. This has made my family permanent patients.

Friendly staff, still using old style x-rays, not computerized, still using a lot of pen and paper. WiFi is supposed to be available, but could not connect. Google maps has it behind BB&T but it is located right behind Kroger
