He and his staff are not pleasant and it felt more like an assembly line of insurance referred victims than actual willing patients. I had my first appointment with him a month ago and everything went fine, I did wait for nearly 45 minutes which was frustrating, but it happens. He found a cavity so he told me I needed to come back, so his next appointment was weeks away. I made the appointment and and that is when my hell began. The guy was irritated or something when he cam ein, he was rough and was trying to rush through the extraction and was obviously agitated that I expressed my feeling of pain. This is probably my six cavity so I know what to expect and this is only the second time since I was a child that I felt pain. Simply put Dr Adili was vicious with this extraction. At least 3 times he told me to "man-up" which obviously is pretty insulting. Near the end he told me "your insurance company doesnt pay me enough" which I hope was a joke, but he didnt smile and I certainly didnt. Once completed he drops down his instruments or whatever and I dont see him again, he didnt say goodbye, nothing. His assistant comes tells me to head over to billing and pay my co-pay and obviously I never planned to returned. A month later I get a bill saying he did some extra procedure not covered by my insurance. I didnt know what this extra procedure is but I called BCBS and told them they need to work it out with him, because I paid my co-pay and I didnt authorize anything else. Long story short, this Dr. Adili told BCBS I authorized some special polishing cleaning. He never said a thing and I never got anything polished there. It goes without saying my opinion of Dr. Adili, but it sounds like others had better experiences, so good luck!

Dr. Karen Stokes is great, but shes out with the Navy. and the ower of the practice (Dr. Adili Mehdi) ended up installing my 3/4 crown. In Dr. Adili Mehdis haste to work on 3 other patients at the same time, he messed up on my tooth, which 6 months later still gives me pain - I can not chew on that side of my mouth. The tooth also was completely shaved flat because the doctor was in a hurry to try to get it to match my bite. There are no ridges on the tooth and the tooth does not even touch my upper bite. Now I know how come my grandmothers dentures are completely useless for chewing food, and to boot, Im currently dealing with the insurance company because the insurance company says that the "3/4" crown I got should last for years and they wont cover for the tooth to be redone with another dentist. The insurance company wants me to go back to Dr. Mehdi to get the tooth redone (im not going back there ever!- would you?). My new dentist says that they would not even consider the work done on my tooth a 3/4 crown since the tooth was manufactured in the office (My new dentist usually sends their crowns outside of the office to be manufactured. ) The new dentist considers off the record, that the work I got done was a "dental restoration" but declines to state this on record, because Dr. Adili Medhis office charged it to the insurance company as a "3/4" crown. Since Dr. Stokes left, I recommend staying away from that office. The office ambiance is nice and new but workmanship and ethics are sub par.

I was very impressed with the staff at Ideal Dental Solutions. From the front desk to Dr. Adili, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I decided to call the office because of my "on again/ off again" tooth pain that was becoming unbearable. The more I described my condition to the receptionist on the phone, the more they were convinced that I should come in right away and have the dentist take a look at it. In the past, I d always been leery of dentists and that was the main reason why I had allowed this pain to continue for so long. When I arrived, I was greeted into an office that felt warm and pleasant. When it was time for me to see Dr. Adili, I was nervous, but he immediately put me at ease and surprisingly, my procedure was painless. I have never had such a seamless dental experience in my life. I am so happy that I gave this office a call and a chance. They have transformed the way I see dentists. It was truly a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

I also felt like the practice is an assembly line. Once Dr Adili was drilling on a tooth and not even looking at what he was doing. He was talking to one of the administrative staff. I paid for a crown which they never placed. On one visit they said "No, you havent paid for the crown entirely. You still owe $100." The next visit they said it was $200. Then $300. Then, no that wasnt correct it was $400. It didnt matter how much I paid, they never could quite get around to putting in the crown. I eventually had to have the tooth pulled and an implant put in.

I had a terrible toothache. So I went asked a few of my coworkers for a dentist close to work that would accept our insurance insurance. Someone referred me to Dr Adili at Ideal Dental Solutions in Tyson’s. I called the office and they immediately set up an appointment the same day since it was an emergency. The staff was very professional and informed. Everything went really well. The office is modern and clean. Dr Adili took care of my problem. It was painless and Its nice to feel good again.

Every visit I have had over the last six months has been great and Dr. Adili is fantastic. His skills and bedside manor are second to none. Customer service at the Ideal Dental Solutions is how every office should be. The office is clean, organize and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Adili and Ideal Dental.

All they want is money while having bad service. My wife has to have a crown replaced that they put in incorrectly. Shes having it done somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!
