I took my son here when he 3, and everything went smoothy. now as age 6 i took him back and he had a HOFFIC MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE our lives!!!!! MY SON WAS HELD DOWN JUST FOR A CLEANING, AND NOW REFUSES TO ALLOW ANY ONE TO EVEN BRUSH HIS TEETH. I WAS SHOCKED!!!!!! My son wouldnt allow them to brush his teeth and what was the recommendation from the dental hygienist?? To hold him down.. . which made things go TERRIBLY wrong, he screamed kicked, scared the entire office and children waiting in the lobby, he ran out crying, kicking the building, miserable and upset about this for days to the point where i needed to take him to a therapist for help. I waited a couple of months, and then took him to a different dental office, to which he would still not allow them to clean or touch his teeth. :o( I am so upset, this type of mental damage to a 6 year old is completely unprofessional and i am furious. No call from the office to check on my son after the visit either. or a week after. I am shocked and can not believe this happened to my child with no care or concern from the staff and doctors.

I loved my experience at Precious Smiles! They are awesome. My sons adult teeth were coming in and so he needed his baby teeth extracted. I had a consultation at another Pediatric office, but the Dentist was a bit rough with my son (who was already nervous about going to the Dentist). Needless to say, I did not return to that office. I called Precious Smiles to schedule an appointment and I was impressed from the first call. The receptionist was very pleasant and she discussed the entire procedure with me. I even received an email confirmation about my appointment. The appointment went very smoothly. Dr. Williams was very friendly; spoke to my son in a calm and re-assuring manner, and explained to him what she was doing. Her assistant ( I forgot her name) was also very friendly and supportive. Our entire visit including paperwork, consultation and extraction took less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Precious Smiles to anyone.

First time visit today with my 6 and 4 year old. All of the staff were very friendly, patient, and professional - even when my 4 year old screamed during the polishing (hed never had it done before). They gave me the option to be present or not and talked both boys through every thing. My oldest left feeling very proud of himself. The youngest left with a smile, despite him feeling like his world was ending in the chair. They still praised him, thanked him for being brave and did their best to make it a positive experience for him. We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful office with Dr. Williams and staff.

I love this pediatric dentist. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is clean and inviting. My favorite part is that you are allowed to accompany your kids into the dental chair. I have read nightmare stories of other dentists who did not allow this to happen and it makes things horrible for the patient and the families. I am not a helicopter parent, but seeing me in the room, allowed my little ones to feel like they are in a safe place when we started coming to see Dr. Williams. Now, they just love it there. We will be clients until they become adults.

Since moving here we have had the unfortunate but PLEASURE of visiting Precious Miles of Virginia way too many times! Thanks for fixing all of our little teeth issues and being so sweet and so kind to us! We look forward to seeing your smilin faces each and every visit! Wish yall could work on my teeth!!!! Good companwy untill we found out they wont accommodate children with special needs. Paying out of pocket and they wont see him unless I take off work as a single parent anf bring my son in the am. Disgusting to be pediatrics. Wont ever return. Staff heartless and unbelieveable.

We love Precious Smiles and use them for both dental and orthodontic care! The front staff is so friendly and gracious. And, the medical care is terrific - especially for one of my children who has anxiety with dental experiences...theyre so patient!

Precious Smiles is an amazing family oriented Dental office my children see both the dentist Dr. Williams-Macdonald and orthodontist Dr Hrechka. They are family friendly, polite, and amazing to work with. The entire staff is amazing!

I had a great experience everyone was nice and pleasantly nice. My son is special need and 19 years old I dont want to change the dentist that is the only reason I stay with the clinic. Never got over bill,etc.
