My wife and two children have been going to Dr. Wendy for the last 6 years or so. Recently, Dr. Wendy performed a periodontal maintenance instead of a regular cleaning which my wife requested. Performing a periodontal maintenance without a periodontal scaling/root planning or any periodontal work resulted in the denial of the insurance coverage. The insurance simply argues that if there is no periodontal work done then why is there a need for maintenance. At that time, I was disputing the bill with my insurance company. My wife and two children (7 and 15 years of age) came back for another visit and was demanded to pay the bill. Dr. Wendy told my wife and children that "You can not leave until the bill is paid" and threatened my wife with collection agency and calling the police. My wife called me and I immediately talked to the office manager and I was yelled at as "We (Dr. Wendys office) will send it to collection agency and we rendered the service to you, youre responsible for the bill ." The bill was $219.20 and we paid it. Clearly, there was a mistake made along the way and we got threatened, yelled at in front of our children, even though we had never been late on our bills. I am trying to describe the situation as much detail as I could so you all can draw your own conclusions.

I HATE THE DENTIST!!! I had an awful experience as a child and have never gone back. Well, needless to say i have jacked up teeth and never really took care of them. I had 3 major holes that needed attention; root canal. The dreaded word when dealing with teeth. Well, dread no more, good people of google review land, for there is an answer and her name is Dr Wendy Moore and friends. She is good, dam good and she knows it. Lol The stress of a root canal is bad enough, but tack on that i hate needles (despite having multiple tattoos) and panic disorder, Dr Moore and her epic staff were very accommodating to my situation. I dont want to over sell it, but i legit barely felt the needle she used to numb my mouth. After the first root canal, my only complaint was that i didnt have enough money to sit there and finish the other 2 that day. It was virtually painless. I recommend this office to anyone i know that needs work. Ive heard from other folks that Dr Moore is pricey compared to others in the area, but i wouldnt know as Ive never gone anywhere else, but to them i say, you get what you pay for. Oh, and i was never made to feel bad about my poor choices in dental hygiene. To me, thats important.

The office is inviting. The waiting room (if you stay in there long) is comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. The operation of the staff is efficient. Everyone knows their role and gets it done. Questions are welcomed. Have been going to this dentist for many years and somehow each visit gets better.

Wendy is a wonderful dentist, her office staff are great with all patients and she takes wonderful care of you. The office is clean and very relaxing. I was out of state for months and I went to several dentist if other areas, and none were any where near as good as her.

Wendy is great! Brittany needs to go......not very friendly! Doesnt fit the family owned atmosphere.
