I went in 4 months after purchasing new glasses for my first grader. 2 months after getting his glasses he pointed out that there was a scratch on the lens and that he couldnt see well as it was in his line of vision. I had a baby and couldnt make it in the store until this month. I went in and asked about the scratch resistance feature we had added to the glasses. The manager Furi became very defensive and inappropriate with me. She said things like "I dont know your son" and implied that he threw his glasses. I explained that this was not the case, my son has had glasses before this pair and that he explained that they fell off his face. This didnt seem to satisfy her. She went on and on and offered no resolution. UNTIL I said okay thank you and was about to walk out. All the sudden I had the option to pay a copay and a percentage of the new lenses but in no way was Nationwide going to cover the scratch that we came in to resolve regardless that it had been paid for when we selected the "scratch resistant" lenses. In the end I decided her customer service was terrible and I didnt appreciate the way she spoke to me. I would have gladly paid the copay and the extra costs just because I didnt want to delay my child not having his current RX glasses but I know that if I would have stayed I would have been accepting that its okay to speak poorly to customers.

They told me my sons insurance would not pay for his vision services. I called the insurance company and confirmed that they were wrong. I asked them to get in touch with the insurance, and get their facts straight. They did, but they never called me back. When I called them back, they said they were trying to "fix their system, with my insurance", and talk of fax machines, and a lot of other excuse making, none of it amounting to an apology for getting things wrong, and overcharging me. I had to tell them that they owe me a refund, and they said that theyd get to it when they fix their system. All of this while talking to me as though its making them tired - complete disdain for the customer. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. --- I have updated my review to three stars. Honestly, I may feel like two, but I dont think spitefulness serves anyone. They eventually corrected the issue, after an inordinate delay - my son has his vision wear. I dont think its right to hold a business accountable in perpetuity by posting and not updating a critical review. Honestly, we were put out and then only grudgingly taken care of, but things are fixed, three stars, try not to let it happen again.

In and out in a little over an hour. Front staff was okay. Waiting room was filled to the brim. Optometrist was awesome. Prices for contacts (without insurance) are a little above 1-800-CONTACTS, and I have to wait 5-7 business days for them to come in, and then I have to go back and get them. With free shipping and lower prices on online, Id recommend buying online and only getting the prescription here.

We had a great experience at this location. We were able to make a timely appointment, the staff was all very nice and helpful. Dr Lambson was wonderful! He answered all of our questions and addressed particular concerns with my daughters unique vision problems. Would definitely recommend this location and will be going back.

The staff is not accommodating at all.They made me wait 1 1/2 hours with an appt. and people coming in after me were being seen even after I asked them about it. They act kind of stupid and were surprised when I finally got mad and left. This wasnt the first time it happened either. I will NEVER go here again.

Had appt.waited 45 min.went to front desk asked how much longer it would be was told by manager she did not know how much longer that they were behind manager asked me what do you want me to do pull the patient out of the exam room? I walked out would not go back

The call for information was enough to irritate me. The man I spoke with was rude. I havent had an exam in a while (years) and so Im not up to speed on costs or what go into the process all together. He was snappy and spoke down to me. Just rude.

Very good service, the personal was very polite, kind and I like the great costumer service, plus the store is very clean and neat, the dr. was able to answer all my questions and I didnt have any problems at all

Hit and miss. The doctor was friendly and accommodating however the staff member that wrote up my contacts order was a bit snooty. It just takes one person to ruin an experience. I wont be going back.
