This has to be the most inefficient, and worst office staff that I have ever come across. Calls are not returned. Calls are not answered during normal working hours and you are switched over to the answering service. In the event you do get through to someone that works in the office, you are often placed on terminal hold and eventually they hang up on you. The only way I was able to get an initial appointment was by walking into the office and even then, the girl at the desk could only take my name and number and have me wait for someone else to make the appointment. Forget trying to change and appointment! It is too bad, because Dr. Pairaiso is an outstanding physician and micro surgeon that I worked with as an RN before I retired. I doubt that Dr. Paraiso has any ide how bad his office staff really is.

The entire staff is very helpful and extremely caring. Dr. Paraiso is, by far, one of the finest people/physicians Ive ever had the pleasure in meeting and has one of the best bedside manners youll ever encounter in the medical community. He has a fantastic reputation at the local hospitals as well as the community. Dr Paraiso performed back surgery on one of my loved ones and after a full recovery, theyve regained a pain free, fully active life that they had been robbed of due to extreme, Chronic pain. If you are in search of a Orthopedic Surgeon thats at the top of their class, then The Central Florida Spine Institute is what youve been looking for.

Recently had surgery by Dr Parasio. He came highly recommended and his staff has been very patient with my questions and concerns. I also still in the healing process, but am very confident of the results Ill get.
