I havent had the doctor for very long he seems nice and is attentive; my family doctor recommended after a secondary infection I was hospitalized for from a new procedure done by Dr Naples. However I have been in his office twice once while I was admitted and a follow up consult. When I arrived I was 15 minutes late finding a parking spot and locating his office was a bit time consuming and had my 3yr old grandson with me. When I arrived at the office I apologized for running behind told her parking was a real treat. The response I received was very cold the receptionist stated your an hour and 15 minutes late! I dont think the Doctor will be able to see you! I had the appointment card in my hand that countered her statement. They wrote it wrong in the book. I was taken back and frustrated with her attitude . Doctor did see me for a consult. I received a phone call regarding two co pays one of which I did not understand why I was billed a co pay for which was a follow up consult Becky was extremely rude, she began expressing her feelings on why a doctor should be paid for his time yada yada I told her not to talk to me like this and I wanted Doctor to call me back, then to get to the end of this ridiculous response she ended by telling me she would let Doctor McComsey know that I did not feel I should pay for his time. Its a shame that your experience with the help can effect your desire to return. Good Doctors bad help can cost more then a co pay! OUTRAGED

Incredibly professional, smart and has an amazing bedside manner. He delivered my daughter and also did numerous surgeries for me. I have nothing but praises to sing of him and the care he has provided. I would highly recommend him.
