Zero stars if possible. Extremely overpriced. Doctor did not seem very interested in discussing my needs, just in writing me a prescription that, while "accurate", was not nearly as user-friendly. Went to provo and a doctor gave me a free recheck and wrote a much more user friendly prescription. If you want to purchase glasses for a fraction of the cost (and by fraction, I mean a third the cost) use Warby Parker (online and awesome), Wal-Mart, Costco, or Insight Eye Care at the University mall. As far as the optomotrist goes, I strongly recommend Dr. Ronald Pugh. He takes time to talk with you about eye health and could care less whether or not you buy glasses from his store. He gets a prescription that will work for you and be user friendly (very minor adjustments to be "more accurate" can also cause more struggle between wearing and not wearing the glasses. He took time to explain all of this too me, to explain my prescription, and give me medical advice for taking care of my eye health).

I was kindly greeted by the office staff and asked to wait for the technician in their waiting room. The technician was very prompt and greeted me within a couple minutes of sitting down. They provided me with a contact case and solution to remove my current lenses and ran me through the 4 eye tests that didnt require the optometrist. I was then shown to my room and asked to wait for the optometrist. The optometrist showed up within 5 minutes and completed my exam. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The optometrist answered my questions and explained how my prescription had changed since my last visit. The front desk assisted me with te purchase of my lenses and said they would call me when they are in. I was in and out within an hour and very pleased with the experience.

Called them within 2 weeks of my eye exam because I couldnt see well with the new contacts. I was told Id have to pay for another eye exam. (A few months before this my insurance was billed for an exam I didnt have) Also, got glasses. They kept pushing me to spend more on them, telling me that theyd give me 30% off if I went over my benefits. Not true, my VSP insurance will pay 30% of any cost over my benefits. I have 2 vision plans. They made sure they got every penny they could out of both plans, leaving me with inadequate eye sight. Went out of my way to go back to Invision eye care. Now I can see again!

Bait and Switch. We called and asked how much for a contacts eye exam - answer $79 The true answer - at least $129 depending on your eyes. Once you are to the exam and have your eyes dilated they tell you about the additional $40 for the contacts prescription. Save your money and go to WalMart AF where the cost is clear - $75 that includes the full fee. Or Americas Best in Orem - $79 - also no add on fee. Dont get me wrong - Alpine is a great place, nice people and office - the Drs are good - but their price is not what you hear on the phone.

Went here a couple times when I lived in the area, they could never seem to get my prescription right. Now that we have moved, trying to get our daughters prescription from them is like pulling teeth. Constant runaround, treating us like we are somehow inconveniencing them. We have had multiple family members come through this office, and to be treated like irritations after the money we have spent here.... lets just say I definitely do not recommend this place. Inconsistent and unprofessional.

I have never had a better experience at an eye doctor. The doctors and staff are the best! Thanks Alpine Vision. I have never had any problems there so I dont know what the other commenter is talking about. They have the best customer service anywhere!

The staff (including Dr. Reese) are just outstanding. I have been using their for more than 10 years. 8 years ago I moved to Holladay, Utah - but still consider the drive to see the crew at Alpine Vision Center well worth it.

I was very happy with the service they provided but a bit disappointed in the lengthy (over a week) wait time for new glasses.

Very friendly, and explained to my 11 yr old what was going to happen. Hard to wait 7-10 for a new pair of glasses though.
