I love the staff here at Eye Care of Lehi. My kids were being crazy, as usual, when my husband was trying to find his first pair of glasses. While I bounced back and forth between helping him and making sure they didnt burn the new office to the ground, I looked over and realized one of the staff had gotten pens and paper out for my kids and was sitting there talking to them, as they drew pictures. I was so thankful for her help, as it allowed me to focus on my husband (who was taking ridiculously long to pick a pair of frames) and get it all taken care of. They are amazing to work with and helpful in more ways than one.

It has been a lot of years since I had my last eye exam. I had never been to this office before and just needed to get an exam and new glasses. Dr. Gray was quick, helpful and personable, yet professional. More importantly, the customer service from the other employees was what I would hope to see from an office like this. I worked with Cassie, and she was professional and very helpful without being pushy or trying to get me to buy things I didnt need. My first experience with this eyecare center was positive and what I hope to experience each time I need to go there for help with my eyes, or glasses.

Awesome experience! I have a pair of prescription Ray Ban eyeglasses that I sat on... needless to say they werent in great shape after that. I brought them in and the owner and optometrist Robert Gray went out of his way and fixed them, to top it off he didnt charge me a dime and was great to interact with. I learned that they offer an unconditional warranty on glasses you purchase from them, which is unheard of at other shops. They are a great local business, my wife and I will be returning to them soon and Im sure well be long time customers.

Dr. Gray helped my husband. We had to change from his previous employer due to an insurance change. My husbands previous provider was willing to write a prescription for contacts, and allow him to shop around for the best deal. Dr. Gray would not. He prescribed a specific one that was 2-3x what my husband was paying!! It was outrageous!! His staff said he wouldnt write through acuvue 2 because their technology was dated. If it does the job, and doesnt break the bank, then who cares?!?! Very, very disappointed, will be finding a new provider.

I just called the office to get the details of my prescription so that I could order another pair of glasses. I wasnt asking for a prescription, I just wanted to understand what it is. I know that my eyes havent changed because the glasses I spent around 300 bucks on last year still work like a charm. But they wouldnt tell me what my prescription is, citing that if it is over one year I have to come in and get another prescription. It is really annoying that I cant have access to my own medical records.

Im new to the area and needed an optometrist, so I came here because of the reviews. They did not disappoint! I was impressed by the state of the art medical equipment, cleanliness of the facilities, and friendly doctors and staff. Specifically, Braxton, Cassie, and Braden happily put up with my indecisiveness while I debated which sunglasses to buy for over an hour, even though I was there past closing time. I cant remember the last time I had that level of customer service. Very impressed.

Great Experience! My 9 year old daughter was complaining that something was in her eye. Dr. Gray not only found one foreign object in her eye, but he did a thorough check of her entire eye and found another particle (probably bark) that was there. Im glad he didnt stop after finding the first particle! My daughter is happy and he probably saved us a trip to the emergency room later tonight... I totally recommend going to this place for your eye needs!!!

I cringe every time I have to deal with the eye care center. The receptionists are rude on the phone and do not know how to deal their customers. Rather than deal with issues, they will leave you on the phone for long periods of time and then "accidentally" hang up on you. While I do think Dr. Gray is a good doctor, he really needs to take a good look at whos interfacing with his customers. I wont be going back.

Id about given up on blurry contacts before I saw Dr. Gray. He determined that the odd shape of my eye caused slight lens rotation, then fitted me with several test pairs before finding the correct contacts that compensated for the rotation. Problem solved!! No more double-vision and headaches. Kudos to Reagan who fitted me with glasses. She is amazingly kind and patient, and helped me find some stylin frames. :)

I had been putting off getting my eyes checked for a very long time, a friend recommended Eyecare of Lehi. Wow, what a fun afternoon I had! It was a very easy process and in no time I was seeing clearly, what a difference my stylish new glasses make! Thanks to the whole team, you were all very helpful and friendly! Our family loves you guys! My kid broke her arm and glasses, with in hours of us headed to Disneyland. While in the ER getting a cast, your office fixed her glasses quickly. Any other issues you get us in quickly. Dr Gray and his staff is unbelievable towards adults, kids, everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We will never change eye doctors.

Beware if you are a cash patient. After going to Dr Gray for a few years, we stopped because my husbands appts went from $180 to $450- which is the price they charge insurance companies. Its disgraceful they would push out cash patients that way. Good thing there are plenty of other local optometrists with better ethics and billing practices.

During the appointment, I was asked if I would use glasses or contact lenses. I said I would use glasses. Then, they did not offer e a contact lenses prescription. Currently, I feel the need to buy contact lenses for practicing sports and I cant buy them unless I pay for a new appointment. The appointment was in april, 2016.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gray! I had been living with blurry uncomfortable contact lenses for years thinking it was normal. I have had the same prescription for the last 5 years from several different drs but Dr Gray tried something new and it worked!! The office staff is also great!

What a FANTASTIC business. I was visiting from out of town and my eyeglasses broke. Eyecare of Lehi not only fixed my glasses and cleaned them, they refused to take any payment for it and simply wished me a great visit to Utah! Wish I lived here - I would be a customer! THANK YOU!!!
