I have lived in the area for 12 years now and this is the 3rd Eye Dr Ive gone to for eye care. I really like the first Dr I had but his office is chaos, it takes hours to get in and out again and frankly his staff wasnt very helpful or friendly. Then I went to the 2nd Dr and I didnt care for the Dr but I loved his staff. This time, I found this business by going out and reading customers comments before I setup the appointment. This time its been a win-win situation for me. I liked Dr Carpenter very much, he wasnt a Chatty Kathy about weather or politics, he was there to take care of my eye needs and stayed focused. (I appreciate that very much as one of the previous Drs wrote my px w/a plus instead of a minus, so we had to have those glasses remade right away and it took another 2 weeks to get them, because he was to busy being talkative.) Dr Carpenters staff was the same. They worked w/me on picking the right glasses for me. I wanted a certain kind of glasses and they were honest w/me as to why I was not a good candidate for that type of glasses. They proceeded to tell me why other glasses didnt fit the shape of my eye or the roundness of my face. Needless to say, when I picked up my glasses, I loved them. They fit me well but still have a little spunk to them. They compliment the strength of my glasses without looking like pop bottles. I had a little adjustment getting used to the waveless bi-focals and they worked with me to get it aligned just right for me. Overall, its been a great experience! I would highly recommend them.

Been going here for maybe 10 years .. seen 2 or 3 of the doctors.. always the very best as are the staff as well. Over my life I have been to some very good eye care doctors before and some not so good .. But Chandler Eyecare is way and above the Best.. Also I started wearing glasses 30 years ago and started with progressives. I have met several people who tried and gave up on .. I well understand why .. Chandler Eyecare is the ONLY eye-care that made mine correct The First Time -- Everytime for 10 years now. Everyplace else ( even the good ones ) took 3 tries to get correct. No accident .. just takes very close and professional attention to the individual patients eye / corrective lens requirements. ... PS: Also always a pleasant and friendly experience just being there : ) .. Also the one reviewer giving ONE STAR ; Note that was clearly the exception of reviews and due to the outsourced Lab .. as I think all Eye-Care centers use .. and was only 3 weeks versus 2 weeks ( waiting for Lab to return frames/Lens ) ... AND Chandler Eyecare REFUNDED 100% of the money !!! Where else would you expect that ???

Ive been with Chandler Eye Care only 1 year. I wear contacts and glasses and have a VERY limited budget for these things. SS/Medicare is not the best for full coverage, but it helps and the staff understands the requirements completely. Thank you, Dian and office staff! Megan Van Over is my doctor and is awesomely knowledgeable and capable of handling my needs along with desires. I also visited with Dr. Giles for a look at what I thought might be an infection. Turned out it was something else and he made me so comfortable with managing my issue. The clinical staff is soooo efficient. I just couldnt be happier with the care Ive received. I was surprised at the expense of glasses and lenses, but they showed me a lower end frame that I love! Then I investigated every avenue to beat the cost of the lenses. I was NOT successful at that. Everything I need at the lowest cost is available to me at Chandler Eye Care.

I called and there was no appts for over a week. I asked the kind receptionist, Rachel, to put me on a wait list. She called me back in 10 minutes with an opening at noon that day! I knew that was a sign! I was so stressed out and upset about my vision and extremely nervous. Dr. Van Over was so kind, and explained everything to me, showed me the prisms, explained what my issue was, and was really terrific. Then, when it was time to order my lenses, Nancy was wonderful! Kind, and also explained everything she was doing and how it all worked! I cant say enough about how awful I felt when I went in to how relieved and grateful I was when I walked out. Their offices are state of the art...they have this camera that a quick flash replaces those awful drops that make you fuzzy! It was just a great experience and I cant recommend them enough! Thanks, you guys...I really appreciate it!

I have been going to Chandler Eyecare and seeing Dr. Van Over for many years. As a dental surgeon, endodontist and private pilot, excellent vision is of utmost importance to me. Especially important is the precision in getting the prescription done correctly. Dr. Van Over is especially careful in her assessments and accurate in the application of her knowledge and as a result I am visually very sharp. I trust her judgement and follow her recommendations without question. The facility is very well designed and clean, with modern equipment and pleasant, helpful staff. Very easy to deal with and a joy to recommend to others in need of quality vision care.

I am a big fan of Chandler Eyecare. The first doctor I saw was D. Lynn Jones. When he retired I was so worried that I wouldnt have another doctor who was as compassionate and caring as he was. I was so wrong to worry about that. Every doctor I have had since then has been awesome. Dr. Carpenter reminds me a lot of Dr. Jones. He is compassionate and caring; he is very thorough and he explains things so that I dont worry or wonder if I understood what he was telling me. I highly recommend Chandler Eyecare. The office staff, technicians and all others I have met are courteous and kind. Good things await you at this awesome Chandler business.

Not only is Chandler Eyecare good at what they do they have GREAT customer service and lots of activities for little ones to stay entertained. Its hard to take preschoolers to appointments but often the only option. Every step of the appointment the staff had things to keep my son busy. From books, crayons & paper, videos, stickers even Legos in the rooms. My son was entertained, my appointment went smoothly and quickly because of it and when it was all done he was the one saying he wasnt ready to go yet. This was such a nice change. Little things like this and the wonderful staff made the whole experience VERY enjoyable. Thank you!

Started going here in 2011 and had no reason to pick them other than they were close to home. Im glad I did! They have been taking care of me since 2011 and every single time Im in there its always been a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable which is great because I ask a lot of questions. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and spend the time to make sure they fit your face properly before you walk out. Run into any issues and theyll take care of you every time! Give them a shot, you wont regret it.
