If I could give them a rating of negative or no stars I would. The problem with this office is not the eye doctor, He was amazing, the problem was with the incompetent staff that doesnt have a single clue about what is going on. It was extremely disappointing especially after having a great experience with the doctor... To get down to it, I have been waiting for over a month to receive lenses that have yet to come in over a month past my eye appointment, due to poor communication between the staff and I. There have been problems all around from them contacting the wrong person with information regarding a hold, to the lab not being able to competently make the glasses in a timely manner. When I need to get new lenses next year and the years that follow, I will know from here on out not to come here. It takes way to long, and the communication is awful!!! I would recommend that anyone who comes here just go and get your eyes checked by the doctor and get your prescription done else where. To the business itself I recommend a retraining of the staff so that they are more knowledgeable then they are now, in addition I also recommend training them to better keep the customers up to date with any problems they run in to and the whereabouts of their purchase.

Never go here!!!! The consulation with the doctor was good and then everything went to crap after that. I dont know if its the front desk or incompetent staff, we just kept having to go back and forth and nothing ever getting done!! Turns out, the first frames we got never wouldve worked with his perscription type and that girl that works at the front didnt even know. She seemed clueless. She gave us crooked glasses too.Then when we go back to say they are defected they say no problem and send them to lab. Come back to pick up over 3 weeks later, problem never fixed same defect. Had to pick new frames and come back 3 weeks later and the say they were suppossed to be there but they are not and said they dont know where they are!!!! So now we are still waiting to get my kids frames and its been nearly 2 months!!!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and go to walmart----I never had issues there. They had fabulous customer and timely service and they knew what they were doing!! So annoyed and now im stuck at thos place bc ive already paid for the visit and the prescription!!! The staff need some serious training and its pretty sad bc dr. Lee was great.

I have been getting contacts and going to eye exams for 12 or more years now and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. First they didnt know how to get my insurance, then acted like I didnt have insurance even though my wife and I pay for it and I had an insurance card, I told them to specifically call our insurance rep and for three phone calls they called someone else and didnt even listen to me. After about 2 hours of them finally figuring out my insurance I was prescribed the wrong strength for my left eye. Made a follow up appointment to get that fixed, ordered a years supply of contacts which was cheaper than just 6 months but they failed to tell me that the first time. Now 2-3 weeks later I call to see if my contacts are in, they put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hang up. This is the most incompetent staff I have ever seen!

My family has been going to Dr. Lee for about 9 years. Weve always had a great experience until recent changes/additions in staff. All doctors are fantastic, but the newer staff members have changed our minds about the place. Its lost its familiar feeling, as well as professional, sincere service that kept us going there for the last 9 years. It saddens me to have to begin searching for a new place after alll this time. But, I dont believe any of us will be back...as soon as we receive the glasses that we ordered over a month ago (if we receive them). Cant get any of them to tell me when theyll be in.

Horrible! Please never come here!! I purchased the poly carbon lenses with scratch residence for my 3 year old son here! He did not even have his glasses for a month and huge scratch was in them I took them back and they were beyond rude! They refused to help me at all and made me look like an idiot! Worst customer service I have ever received! The lady I purchased the glasses from said if there happened to be any scratches to bring them back and the lenses would be covered. THAT WAS A LIE!!!!! How disgusting to put a three year old little boy threw that!

- last week 5/17/12 Great place and service with a smile. The staff is efficient, the doctor was knowledgeable and reasonable. They provided care with understanding and sensitivity to my needs! Great practice!!! As a medical professional; I know you cant "fake" the care factor.....they do show they care!

I received great service. Dr. Lee was fantastic and very professional. The techs were knowledgeable and were able to help me pick out the right glasses. My glasses were ready earlier than I expected.
