We have been to many vets lately. We stopped in to see the place and met with the friendly receptionist and it was because of her we initially made the appointment. First impression is key. She is awesome. Our first appointment with our cat, Mollie, was the following week. From the moment we walked in I knew we had found our new vet. Very clean, the attention to detail, like a towel on the exam table and an offer of water or coffee when we got there, the friendliness of the entire staff - before we even met Dr.Finan - I knew this was not like the other vet offices. The exam with the tech was very thorough and my cat seemed to like her and was at ease. Dr. Finan was the absolute best! She asked questions I have not been asked before. She offered suggestions never offered before. She genuinely cared about Mollies issues and never once made me feel like it was me or I was overreacting. She spent longer with us than all the vets combined. Mollie may always have her "issues" and I am fine with that. I know that I can finally trust that she has a thorough vet that will rule out everything and do all they can to help, even it its just reassuring me that even vets have cats that do the same thing! Thank you to everyone at Finan Animal Hospital! Mollie will be a patient for life! I recommend you guys to everyone!

I want to thank Dr. for the nice welcome and care she gave my pup when I had no other Doc and just moved here. If this review was just for the Doctor and the techs, it would be 6 stars. Since I work as a Consultant for a Physicians office and place staff and REplace staff. I know how important the receptionist is. Here was my first, and unfortunately my LAST experience with her. Her name is Andrus and as the DIRECTOR of FIRST IMPRESSIONS, she brings the rating to a zero. When I called ,-twice, she made me feel like I was being rushed and bothering her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time and called back, since she seemed overwhelmed and I felt like I caught her at a bad time. The second time I called it was worse. I only came in based on a friend saying it was the BEST place for my pooch. Doc, do yourself a favor. You lost one paying customer, who happens to have 2 dogs. And because of the rude and UNPROFESSIONAL you have on the phone, I will not be coming back . SHE is NOT your answer to building your business and the dog lover next to me had the same sentiments. Thank you for the care you gave my pooch. You prescribed JUST the right care for him. Do yourself a favor, maybe you can prescribe an ATTITUDE adjustment for ANDRUS .

After moving to a new area, I was taken aback by the number of people I met while out walking my dog who recommended Finan Animal Hospital (Dr. Finan in particular) if we were in need of a new veterinarian. I decided to give her a try, and that was the best advice I have ever taken! The clinic is a colorful and happy place where the entire staff is warm and friendly and takes no time at all in getting to know you and your dog well. I was given a complete tour of the clinic and all of its thoroughly modern equipment on my first visit. All procedures and precautions were explained in full. Dr. Finan is also has complete expertise on the treatment of Greyhounds, which is what I have, and which act and react completely different from other dog breeds. Dr. Finan and her staff take the time to discuss different treatment options and always make follow-up calls. I cant recommend this clinic highly enough!

I wish I could give this animal hospital more than 5 stars! My boyfriend and I moved to the area a few months ago and we were looking for a veterinarian. I work in this plaza so I googled Finan Animal Hospital and saw nothing but great reviews! When we brought our pup for his first visit, I was not disappointed! The girl at the front desk was so nice and my puppy loved her too! When Dr. Finan walked in, she was so nice and made my dog feel so comfortable. She answered all the questions I had and gave me some tips. I went back for his rabies shot and for his neuter... My dog wasnt even upset when I left him! He was so happy with the front desk/vet assistants that he didnt even care to see me leave! Dr. Finan and her staff truly are incredible. They make you and your pet feel like home and treat you just like family! For anyone looking for a good veterinarian, this is where to go.

This old guy who has never owned a dog bought a puppy and brought it in for his first checkup. I am feeding raw and administering vaccines I obtained from the breeder. DT Dinan accommodated my admittedly unorthodox practices and asked me enough questions to make sure I knew enough to succeed with my approach. She also gave me good guidance where I was a little unclear. I am very happy to have found a vet who is flexible and helpful. As others have said the facility is very clean and efficient. Everyone is friendly and had a great bedside manner with my puppy. While Im not really qualified to speak to Dr Finans professional competence she did confirm my learnings from my breeder and offered helpful elucidation of areas where I was a little unclear. I especially appreciated the encouragement to call with questions. Looking forward to a long, healthy relationship.

I couldnt be happier with the experience I had at Finan Animal Hospital. Dr. Finan and the vet techs that I met were absolutely wonderful. I have a tri-pod pup with anxiety issues and they were so caring and kind about treating him. Its obvious that everyone working at this clinic truly loves animals and wants to provide the best medical care that they can. My family has 4 large dogs, so budgeting their care is very important to me. I definitely feel like my financial concerns were taken into consideration when creating a treatment plan. Their office is very clean and accommodating, with a lovely waiting area. I was offered a beverage while I waited and filled out paperwork. The patient room had soft music playing, which I think helped calm my nervous dogs a little. Its a very nice facility. I will certainly be returning with my other dogs!

Dr. Finan is a great vet. She took awesome care of my little guy. I took my one year old yorkie maltipoo mix to Finan Animal Hospital for his very first vet visit, and she was awesome at comforting him and getting his shots done quickly so we could be on our way. I brought him back again to get neutered, and they were excellent with their follow-up care. They called to see how my dog was doing at least twice. They are quick to answer the phone and are always willing to answer any questions you have. They handle your pets with the utmost care and you can tell they really love what they do. Great place for for dogs who are nervous or anxious like mine, because they try to make it as comfortable and quick for your dog as possible. High recommend them.
