Hands down the worst vet you can go to. If the life and well being of your animal concerns you, DONT GO HERE! Dont even look at it, avoid banfield as best as you can. I had a 3 year old boxer male, perfectly healthy, and was a great dog. He wasnt feeling to good one day, so I took him to banfield. First I had to wait HOURS before I could talk to a vet, just like every time I went there. They couldnt find what was wrong with him, and yet they gave him a shot of antibiotics. Most vets would hold the animal for at least half an hour after giving antibiotics, banfield didnt. On the way home, my dog passed out and died, as he was most likely allergic to the poison they gave him. Banfield thought that this was just a coincidence, and still demanded $300 from me! AMAZING! So I did some research, and found out that I was one of many who got ripped off by banfield. Banfield is in fact widely regarded as the worst and lowest rated veterinarian service you can go to. There should be no reason why you should even consider banfield Do research, and pick a veterinarian service that treats its customers, and animals with respect. If you had bad experiences with banfield; please speak up! Only YOU can help prevent the malpractice and thievery that banfield practices. Only YOU can help put places like this out of business, and in the hell hole they belong in

Went in on Feb 7, 2017 to inquire about prices for my cat with a sinus infection. The two "women" behind the counter acted like they wanted to be elsewhere. The one with the tattoos took down my number and told me the Vet, who was in surgery at the time, would call me back around 2:30pm. Its now Feb 10th and still no call back. Went back there to to inquire again and they both acted like they didnt know who I was and could not remember taking down my number nor could they produce my number. Not a good business practice especially when peoples pets health and well-being are at stake.

Love this place....everyone here has been so helpful with my dog. I rescued him as a sick puppy and now he is thriving! The puppy plan has covered all of his needs and then some! I also see people think they try to push the health plan but I requested the plan and Im glad I did. I called several clinics in the area and everything my puppy needed would have far exceeded the price of the plan with all of the services it covers.

I have been with this clinic for over 1 year now. I am very pleased with the highly qualified staff and caring Doctors. I have a high energy, large dog, quite a handful. I am not embarrased to bring him in because I always feel welcome here. I am glad I found them, I just love them.

They made me wait for about an hour before I could see the vet. The people here are more interested in selling you their pet wellness plans rather than provide service in a timely and efficient manner. Never again will I bring my pet here.
