I have been taking my 3 dogs here for over a year. They have in the past been very helpful in caring them. The last visit, we discussed a potential flea problem that I thought was treated and done. The Vet kindly suggested I call if the problem were to comes back. So now I admit the flea treatment and environment cleaning for the past four months are not working. I called asking for help. The person on the phone just told me to keep up the flea drops and and treating the inside. I told her its not working and wanted some help. She told me I could leave a message with the Vet. This was not the response I was looking for. I was hoping the Vet could prescribe an oral treatment. But I couldnt even get an appointment. This is sad. I will be taking my dogs and my flea problem to another Vet.

Dr. Eisenberg and all his staff are fantastic! Very gentle and attentive to both dogs Ive taken to them over the years. Theres a great love for the work here, and it shows!
