I took my 6 month old pup here for her vaccinations. On the first round everything went fine and all was well. The second visit wasnt so good. They over-vaccinated her, giving her 5 doses and rabies shot all at once. They sent us on our way with the usual warning "if you notice puffy eyes, vomiting, etc give us a call immediately." Sure enough, 45 minutes later my dog threw up and had puffy eyes. I called and they said to bring her straight in. To their credit, they gave her a shot that cleared everything up within a few hours. What I didnt like was that they charged me $100 for the return visit. $25 of it was for an exam which consisted nothing other than looking at her and saying "shes having an allergic reaction". No kidding! An allergic reaction that was caused by them over-medicating her, IMO. I later learned that I could have given my pup some benadryl and had the same recovery for a total of $5. If they charged me a reasonable amount (or better yet, treated her allergic reaction for free, considering it took less than 5 minutes of their time), they would still have us as a customer. The doctors at this clinic are friendly and dont rush you. The waiting area is clean and relatively nice. But I cant rate their service high because of their malpractice.

DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. These people are ALL about the money, and will give you medications, that your pet doesnt need or that wont cure what is going on. They want you to come in for visit after visit spending more and more on different medications and of course the visit, which they verify, whats going on the first time around. My regular vet was on vacation, and unfortunately, I chose this clinic to take my 2 year old Shih Tzu, after several unnecessary test, I was told that he had a basic eye infection. I after a $280 I was given a antibiotic drops and sent on my way. After 2 weeks when the infection didnt clear up, I brought him back in and was told well there is something better we can try, after paying for a new prescription and another office visit, I was on my way again.... 3 weeks later, the problem is worse, and now he has a skin infection because of the fluid dripping from his eyes, I was told he would need to be seen again. In my opinion, this is ridiculous. I finally took my dog back to my regular vet who cleared it up right away. I think to allow my dog to suffer so that I will have to bring him in again and again for financial gain is in humane and I would not recommend ANYBODY take their pet here.

The entire staff here is very friendly & treat you & your pet with the utmost respect, kindness & consideration. They are very thorough in their exams & will help you understand what is happening with any health concerns your pet is experiencing. They also will follow up with you promptly about test results & checking on your pet if they had any procedures done there. We started out taking our cat Noel there for a second opinion in 2016 & wound up switching both our cats over to Dr. Amandas care when we realized what we had been missing out on at our previous vets office. Our cat Simone was diagnosed with kidney disease shortly after being seen by Dr. Amanda & she is now on the proper medications/treatments that have improved her quality of life & most likely extended her lifespan as a result. She is happier & healthier now than she probably had been in a few years. We cant thank Dr. Amanda enough for this gift. In addition to their thoroughness in care & treatment, they have the capability of running in-house lab work, they have their own x-ray equipment, and more. We highly recommend this vet clinic as they genuinely care about each & every pet they see, & they are simply excellent all the way around.

Took my beagle here for a couple of years for vet visits. Everyone is very friendly and nice, but they charge you for stuff that they recommend but that dont really need to be done. My dog gets frequent ear infections, and they were charging me $39 just to look at an ear sample swab under the microscope, then supposedly they were basing their medication on that. (and then charging an office visit fee on top of that) One time, couldnt get her in with them and took them somewhere else, new vet said "Ill just prescribe something thatll take care of it whatever it is." Got the same exact ointment as this place was giving me. They were also pressuring me to get her teeth cleaned every year, even just 1 year after having them cleaned. Wanted to charge me for anesthesia, blood work, $75 to get IV tubing set up just in case her BP were to drop during the procedure." Took her to a new vet today who said her teeth were fine and didnt need anything. Never going back.

I truly believe my dog is both alive today and thriving because of Dr. Singh and Dr. AManda. Years back Dr. Singh saved her life when other vets were too convinced she had cancer to recognize the symptoms of a very infected anal glad and bladder infection and during the past year they have determined the balance of medication my 11 year old beagle needs to control her epilepsy which she just came down with a year ago. Not only did they help manage her new condition, but they helped me through the first two months of the condition.

Dr. Singh and his staff are the best I have ever experienced. I wish I trusted my own doctors as much as I do the staff at Animal Care. They are so friendly and nice and make us feel like old friends, and they treat Fred Dawg like he is their own - he is like a rockstar at their office! He knows when he "goes to see his girlfriends" that hell get treats, belly rubs and a good healthy smack in the face by his arch nemesis and office mascot Chief.

I have been taking my dog to Animal Care Hospital for over 4 years now. The staff is friendly, honest, and trustworthy, and my dog loves seeing them. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet. You will not be disappointed.
