As clients for the past 23 years, we have found the vets and staff of MAH to be caring, compassionate and excellent diagnosticians. They have helped us with the every day issues, spay and neuterings, teeth cleanings and dealing with more serious issues. Sadly they had to guide us thru the heartbreaking decision of having to euthanize several beloved pets. In our case, we pretty much fell apart when we lost our dogs and the staff couldnt have been nicer. I have also used AETC in Grayslake in emergencies (during the evening) and they were terrific as well. I dont think either organization has to be better or worse - each has its place in the spectrum of caring for your pet. When necessary, the MAH vets will refer their clients to specialists and they did when our Lab Hershey suffered a cruciate ligament injury and needed surgery. We have always found MAH to be a terrific resource and have had enjoyable experiences there. The ongoing preventative care we received from MAH kept our pets in great health during their lives. Often the public only hears the negative experiences. and we wanted to make sure that someone with a long term positive experience spoke out as well.

I have been coming to Mundelein Animal Hospital since 1989. I was referred by a friend and am forever grateful. Every part of the team is wonderful. The staff at the front desk are awesome. They always ask how my pets are doing and make sure I get the help I need. The techs are equally as awesome. I think by now they have all taken care of my cats and are so friendly and answer all my questions. I trust them all with their part of the care plan. I trust all of the vets with my pets. I like that all of the vets are familiar with my pets histories. My primary vet is Dr. Tim, but if I call with a concern and he is not in, I trust all of the vets to handle the problem and do the best for them. I cant say enough about how much I love Mundelein Animal Hospital. Not only do they provide excellent health care, they also provide a family-like atmosphere, and I feel like I am a part of that family. You cannot do better than Mundelein Animal Hospital.

I cant begin to say enough good things about the care, dedication and compassion Mundelein animal hospital shows its clients and patients! 3 1/2 years ago I was recommended to them when I had to put my senior dog down. My then existing Care refused to help me as they were to busy. On a referral I found the loving arms of Mundelein animal hospital. I recently had to put my wonderful cat down due to congestive lung failure. Today I received in the mail from the veterinary medicine at Illinois a card stating a donation had been made in my sweet taz name. My family cant begin to express the Love we have been shown. As long as furry buddies are a part of my life (Forever!!) They will receive their care from Mundelein animal hospital...... Dr Tim Sullivan in particular!!!! Although Dr Shannon Long could not have been more caring and compassionate during tazs and my families final time together. Bring your buddies here!!

I am so happy that I found Mundelein Animal Hospital. My German Shepherd has been a patient there for the last 6 years. When she was not even a year old she started having severe digestive and allergy issues. Dr. Sullivan, with the help of a specialist, that he referred me to diagnosed her immediately, and helped control her ailments. The quality of veterinary medical care of everyone at MAH from the front desk to the medical techs and doctors is of the highest caliber. They are professional and extremely adept at medicine, but also completely kind, compassionate and loving with my dog. Dr. Sullivan has made himself available in emergency situations and his bedside manner and response time to inquires about my dogs health are always in a timely manner. I know undoubtedly that my German Shepherd is receiving the best vet care that there is and I will never take her anywhere else.

Our dogs have been patients here for over 25 years. Until, two weeks ago, we would have given five stars. We knew that it was purchased by a corporation three years ago. Prices went up, but costs go up. Then, two weeks ago, the most compassionate, professional, knowledgable,and trusted veterinarian was let go. Not because of poor customer service, not because he was terrible with the animals! Look at past reviews. They all love Dr. Tim. We are so upset & disappointed! Are dogs will so miss Dr. Tim! We will miss his thoroughness & compassion when are animals are ill. He listens to the owners when trying to solve a problem. They are now owned by National Veterinary Associates. Our family will never go to one of their animal hospitals again!! You have lost a great veterinarian in Dr. Tim Sullivan & you have lost great clients that have always wanted the best for their animals!

We have been taking our beloved miniature dachshund here since she was only months old as this was the vet recommended and partnered with Lambs Farm, where we bought her. We probably wouldnt have even known this facility had it not been for that partnership. However, over the last 5 years, we have been beyond pleased with the service and care that our dog has received. She typically only goes for her annual check up but has also been there when she was younger for more urgent care needs, like swallowing socks, getting stung by a bee, getting hives, etc. Her care was a priority by the vet and the staff and she is a healthy and happy dog as a result. We also buy her food from here as she suffers from IBS for dogs and are pleased with the food and the price as well. We highly recommend Mundelein Animal Hospital and look forward to our continued visits in the future.

Anytime you require the services of health care for yourself or your pet and are ill at ease, it is always appreciated to be greeted with a smile, to receive the assistance from a helpful staff, receive care in a clean and state of the art facility, and to deal with professionals that answer your questions & concerns directly but with empathy. For the care of our aging Sheppard our family has consistently received nothing less from Mundelein Animal Hospital. The support staff including administrative personnel and technicians is always courteous. Each of the Veterinary Doctors over the years have provided excellent care. They always provide a welcomed follow-up call to ensure the ailment is relieved, answer any additional post visit questions, or discuss test results. Our family highly recommends Mundelein Animal Hospital for the on-going care of your pet.

Ive gone to MAH for several years and mostly work with Dr. Tim Sullivan, though I also know and like the other docs. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Tim. Ive had many pets for many years and worked with several vets but no one is like him. He is thorough and explains everything to me, so I understand and can participate in the decisions we make. He cares about my pets and understands that they are my "kids", so his recommendations honor my feelings as well as what is best for the animals. I dont know what I would do without him - hes helped me through many rough times. The techs and staff are so patient, sweet and so kind to the animals. Oh and Hank the office cat is a special guy. Hes very welcoming and provided comfort to my elderly doggie when she was having serious health issues. MAH is a wonderful practice!
