By far the worst customer service I have experienced. When we tried to switch vets our new vet called them to get the records and they wouldnt release it because of a payment we didnt know about that was outstanding. We immediately called to correct this and they wouldnt accept our debit card or check over the phone or through mail we had to bring them cash and they are in another town. When we brought the cash in and paid the bill Our new vet called the next week to get our records and They told them that we still have not paid the bill and wouldnt release the info. When I gave them the receipt invoice number they put me on hold for 6 1/2 minutes and came back and said it had been paid and they would send it. No apology given. Not even sure they will really send it. I hope so. I would never recomend them. When I was there to pay the bill they waited over 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Horrible would have given no star if it were an option.

First off the lady at the front desk named Candy is the most ignorant person I think I have ever spoken to. Second of all, you will wait forever trying to get service. Third, after spending several hundred dollars there, there was still no diagnosis for my dog. I should of have learned my lesson and not continued to go there, but I had to board my dog while on vacation. After the first night being there, I get a voicemail stating to call about my dog, a very rude and non-caring voicemail to say the least, and come to find out they put my dog down due to her stomach turning. She was only supposed to be fed 1 cup of food..... somehow I dont think this happened pretty sure she was over fed and not used to eating so much food which caused this. I would never recommend anyone take their pet here. The only positive is they are cheap...... you get what you pay for.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and i cant say enough good things about the people who work there. I havent been there on a non-busy day, but even still you are met with smiles and caring people. Their prices are quite a bit lower than other places in town, but they prove the adage "you get what you pay for" wrong. My only complaint is getting them on the phone can be difficult at times when they are really busy.

We have been with them for 8 years now and we always have a normal, expected, convenient and caring experience. Their prices are great. And our dogs are treated as they should be. Yes, I agree that they are very busy and it does SOMETIMES take time to check out; however they are busy because they are DOING THEIR JOBS with our animals. Thank you St Joseph Animal! Dr. Birk and her staff took care of my dog for almost 15 years. In that time, I found them to be honest, caring and professional in every way. The level of care our dog received was excellent and everyone on staff there was always friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone of my family or friends looking for excellent care for their pets.

A wonderful, small town Animal Hospital with 3 vets and a number of staff members. Very friendly, professional atmosphere and not to difficult to make appointments in a reasonable timeframe. They also offer over night boarding. I have 2 cases and completely trust St Joe Animal Hospital to provide the advice and care they needed to be happy and healthy.

I have had numerous animals who have been cared for here, and I have always been happy with their service and care. When my terrier got heartworm, not only did they successfully treat him and care for him, they worked out a payment plan so that I didnt have to let my dog die because I was broke.

I have taken my pets here for years. They are great! They charge half of what you pay in C/U for the same services. You have to pay with cash or check, no credit or debit card, but who cares when it cost so much less and the people are so GREAT!!!!!! Worth the drive!

Recommend to anyone, to take their animals here for care........I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and have had nothing, but the best service and care from them. They are usually very busy, so sometimes its hectic, but if you love your pets, its worth any wait.
