This place is a ripoff scam! They overcharge at least 3 times for the same services at any other vet. I have had my one dog enrolled in their "wellness plan" for 2 years- which they automatically re-enroll you in unless you call before a certain date- which they never disclose to you. It saves you nothing and although I pay over $100 a month for the two dogs, I cannot tell you what I am getting for that. Every time I go in, the very rude staff always charges me for everything except the visit fee, and I end up paying hundreds every month with the plan and whatever they still charge me for when I am there. It is a scam and I cannot wait until this summer when my 2 years are up and I can be out of this horrible plan and place. Take your dogs to a real place, and get them actual insurance from Nationwide for only $30 a month with actual coverage. Place is such a joke and a scam.

The Doctors at this hospital are nice. Problem is, its hard to actually get to one. The customer service is slow and awful. Only one person works the front desk, and has to answer phones, work with customers walking in, and respond to nurses. Its an impossible task for anyone, so naturally, the help is usually less-than-friendly and slow. So slow. A simple visit to change an appointment takes 20 minutes. Getting your dog checked in? Plan for 30. Banfield offers wellness plans that make it far more affordable to pay for vaccines and other visits. However, youre getting such horribly slow and unresponsive service, I know Im considering taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my dog there because his nail had chipped in half, and they said the whole thing would cost $250:$15 just to bandage his foot! I told them I would get the antibiotics and pain meds elsewhere - they said it would cost $13 for them to write the prescription out! I called my other vet and they said the whole thing would cost less thn $100. The staff out front is really rude, especially Maria. Im never going back there again - horribly overpriced, rude service.

My pup was bit by something and they immediately took him in with no questions asked didnt have to pay the emergency room fee very helpful thoughtful and kind . I did however enroll in the wellness plan which did make things more affordable . So far my experience has been excellent .

Waste of time...they basically told me they couldnt help my dog with his hurt leg because they were closing in 45 minutes. Will never give Banfield a penny of my money.
