5.31.16.....been at the hospital since 6 am, as we were told to come in and register for procedure to happen at 8 am. Doctor came in after 8 am gave some lame excuse and said it has been pushed to 11. Its almost Noon, still sitting and waiting, with no updates other then extra blood sugar test. This is ridiculous Meriter this not how you treat your patients. And we certainly shouldnt be charged for your flaws and lack of communications amongst your own staff. You could of certainly forseen this and be contacting your patients to come in at a later time. Instead of making them wait over 6 hours for a procedure. Patients are already dealing with anxiety and being nervous and you adding to it because you cant get scheduling correct. You should be ashamed of yourself and hospital for this crap. Getting ready to self discharge and set up with a different hospital at different date. Reminder we work hard also at our jobs and had to make changes in our schedule to be here per the time you scheduled us to be here. Get it together!

From March to December my partner has had 10 seizures on 3 different occasions. The last 6 were over a 4 hour period in December of 2016. The care he received in the ER, ICU and regular room was far beyond wonderful. They also took great care of me too! Especially in December when I was so exhausted after he was admitted to ICU. It was about 4:30 am and he finally got a room, I asked for a chair so I could be near, and they did one better, they have actual rooms for family! I was given a room so I could sleep a little and was informed that if he woke up before I was back in, they would come get me. I have never been able to say enough good things for the care he received. Thank you Meriter!

ER Dr. Karl Nibbelink is the rudest and most unprofessional healthcare professional I have ever met. He didnt care about my medical issue, tried to discharge me early, and then tried to patronize me. Hey arrogant guy, be a doctor not a jerk. I rarely go to the ER but if I did in future it would be UW.

Recently had a visit to ER and the service was exceptional. Everyone very friendly and experts in their area. I met with 2 Hospitalists and both were exceptional. The ER was very prompt and moved quickly like clockwork. I would highly recommend the ER and this hospital in general.

My husband went in for some mild chest pains. It was a scary experience. Upon arriving, from start to finish the medical team were "on point" from the ER to discharge. Wonderful service! God Bless!

Im sure this hospital can afford waiting room TVs that are bigger than a small PC monitor..... But nope..... Mini TVs in the maternity ward waiting room
