The star is for the receptionist. At the time we were uninsured. We were referred by the ER to go there due to pain in shoulder after there was nothing on the xray. They first told us that we would need 200.00 Cash before we could be seen. Needless to say we had to make an appointment while dealing with this problem. We were also told we would initially be refunded part of the payment. The appointment was made with a PA and he pushed...pulled..the shoulder...extremely painful ... and prescribed a z-pac. We were never given an ultra sound or any follow up patient care. Very dissatisfied with the care that the ED entrusted us with.

Dr strenge is a complete jerk he will get u addicted to painkillers be for and after your surgery and then just all of sudden as told giving them to u that not the only reason he is a. Complete jackass, his bedside manor is awful and he talks about you like a dog when u arent in the the room he tried to tell everyone that you r the one that is rude when its actually him that is so rude my back is worse now than it was before he did#anything to it DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MAN!!!!! And for God sake do not let him operate on u

Not happy at all. I wanted a second opinion on an injury. The receptionist refused to schedule an appointment until they had received my surgery notes from my current surgeon. I explained I was not wanting to let them know about a second opinion. She refused to schedule me an appointment without having those notes. She was extraordinarily rude.

All of the staff are very professional and polite. The doctors take their time with their patients and make sure the patient understands fully about their diagnosis. Very thorough when diagnosing or caring for patient. I highly recommend OIoWKy
