Dr. Dugger is an awesome Doctor BUT sad to say his staff is not. He has these two very rude female receptionists, Marie and Janelle, that absolutley DONOT know how to talk to people or treat people! They both have very nasty attitudes and seem to continously get away with it. They like to get smart with ppl, and cut ppl off, and talk to u like your trash and slam the window in your face and also feel like they are "untouchable" and nothing cant happen to them. They need to be fired before someone seriously hurts them..

Dr duggers staff is extremely rude and very disresptful . Janelle is the biggest offender .she talks to you with absolute zero regard that she is addressing a parent that is is in need for help for their children. They have absolutely no compassion for the patient. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone because we were treated so poorly, she even slammed the office door in my face after i told her she was being rude. He should definitely fire her. But he probably doest care as he is getting ready to retire.

Ill never in my life let my child go back to dr dugger. His staff is very unprofessional. Wasted my time and my childs time.
