This was my first appointment at this office along with my 3 year old daughter. I liked the doctor, but her front staff was unbelievable. I got there at 12:30, my appointment was at 1:00, giving myself enough time to fill out necessary paperwork. I understood I was early, and didnt expect to be seen ASAP, but around 1:20, I was beginning to get very impatient seeing as how I had a 3 year old with me... When I politely asked the front desk if they knew how much longer it would be, she looked at me and said "it has only been 15 minutes... shes filling out your paperwork" I said that I had been there since 12:30, and so she replied "we were at lunch at 12:30." Although, someone gave me paperwork at the time of walking in..... At this point, I was ready to leave with how disrespected I had been answered. Let me give you a pointer ladies - if someone asks how long its going to be, answer in a polite way. So, then today, I needed a prescription faxed to another town than where I live because my daughters father lives in a different town. I called at 9am, and they said they would get it done. I called the pharmacy at 11am, they never received anything. So I called the office again, and was told that they are busy and will get to it some time today... I get that doctor offices can be very busy, i worked in a veterinary clinic as a receptionist for 3 years, I get it. But the way that they talk to people is unreal. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You can thank your fantastic front Desk Doctor.

Until recently, I had a good opinion of this practice. It has changed because I have come to realize that as a patient, the experience you have can only be considered good if the doctor and the staff work together. Though she seems to give decent advice, its hard to listen to a person who does not take good care of themselves. Both she and most of her staff are very overweight, and the doctor herself seems to suffer from an untreated case of ADD. Ultimately, this is not why I will no longer bring my family to the practice. Her staff seriously overbooks to the extent that Ive had to wait over 30 minutes for the very first appointment of the day. They do not follow up on insurance issues, ultimately costing me over $500 because of lack of follow up on their part. Finally, they seem to only treat the Latino patients with respect (her office manager is Latino). The other frustrating part of being her patient is that instead of calling for test results, she requires setting up an appointment to review the tests........which costs time and money. There are too many doctors out there who appreciate their patients, find another source for your medical care.

My friend reccomended to this practice. I was poorly treated by the secretary that answered the phone. I offered to leave my number for the Dr. to call me back since "I would have to wait a year for her to call me back" Couldnt believe how rude this woman was. Sent me straight to holding music. I hung up and called about a half an hour later and the same girl answered the phone "hello"? And sent me to her manager Kim right away. Left a message and she never called me back. Keep in mind that yesterday was the very first time I had ever called there. I am apauled at the way this woman treated me! Im sorry but I give them a huge thumbs down!

Dr. Lucietto is extremely dedicated to her patients and staff. She works hard to make the office environment suitable for families. She never cheats her patients out of a visit and makes it a priority to cover all issues in a visit that the patient is concerned with. Would definitely recommend this physician to anyone looking for a friendly, intelligent, and dedicated family doctor.

The wait was long but the doctor takes her time and listens. She actually hears what youre saying. I had no problem with any of the staff and all of them were considerate. I would recommend my friends and family to her but definitely schedule extra time for your appointment. The wait is worth it.
