They just dont care about you. Had first appointment 8;30 am to see Dr Karpaskya. At 9:30 I asked if the doctor had decided not to come to work today. Well, Apparently she didnt. As I was trying to reschedule with a different doctor, here she comes sauntering along with her cup of coffee in her hand strolling along without a care in the world. Yah, Thanks for coming to work. She could care less that she was an hour behind. All the Peons and low lifes waiting in the lobby. Too Bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, she had to make rounds at the hospital! When did they know about that??? No excuses! They happily retuned my co pay with their smerky little grins. Ill just go elsewhere and they dont care. If you insist on going to this office Hold Them Accountable! Our time is just as important as these doctors that think they are High and Mighty and office workers that over book and let you waste your time.k Aghhh. Maybe its the office manager that is the problem. Cant Imagine it will change. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

If I could leave a ZERO star review i would. I had a total Achilles rupture and went to see a DR. there. She was NOT helpful at all, and wanted to SHOVE getting surgery down my throat. I had to beg, and beg her to give me info about NON- SURGICAL options to recovery. I had to beg to get a walking boot. I had to beg and plead for information about my injury. They simply do not care about much other than your cash. Next issue is after 5 weeks in a boot, i wanted to do Physical therapy. I called back a total of about 7 times and keep getting the same excuse.....they had to send a message to the Dr. or Nurse...which is nearly impossible to get them to respond. I still have not gotten a response so that i can start my physical therapy. Completely unprofessional and unaccountable. I will NOT recommend EVER going to this place. Find another clinic/orthopedic DR. that actually cares. These people are full of excuses and could care less about your recovery. They are unresponsive, incompetent and full of excuses.

I was treated by Dr. Burks for several months had knee surgery last year in August. Dr.. Burks forgot to order me physical therapy for 2 months. I sat in limbo for two months and after I mention it to him he apologized and Ordered therapy for one month and release me back to work full Duty with the 0% MMI. I dont trust him or the staff because he would tell you one thing in the exam room and on the progress note he would dictate something different to workmans comp.[DONT TRUST HIM]

I have been there 3 times with knee and hip pain. I saw Dr Noblin the first time and a NP the other 2 times. They have been great. Relieved injections in both knees and my hip at different times. The injections were effective and last from 8-12 months.Everyone was nice at the time. I havent been in well over a year.

Drs. Dont listen. They do what they want not considering other options. Dr. Noblin is the worse surgeon Ive ever met. He cant even follow his own surgical notes and caused me great pain after surgery because of it. The staff isnt any better. I give them all an F-.

I got great care from all the doctors I or family members have seen there, including Dr. Washington, Dr. Meadows and Dr. Winters. We got the treatment and referral we needed. I imagine if you go there just looking to score narcotics you may be disappointed.
