The doctor that saw me seemed to have an attitude as soon as she walked into the exam room. Then when I started describing my symptoms, she barely listened and didnt ask anymore questions to make sure she prescribed the right remedy. Instead she quickly wrote me off as having a minor cold and scribbled something down on a prescription slip for "congestion". At the time I told her I had a sore threat, the chills, and other symptoms that relate to a sinus infection. I went to two walgreens to try to get the prescription filled and both pharmacists told me there was no such prescription but that this simply called for over the counter "Wal-Phed." The pharmacist called the doctor for me to which they said go with Wal-phed. A week later I was still sick. When I called to talk to someone to get them to call in an antibiotic, each person I talked to blew me off and no one ever returned my call. I recommend going to the walgreens Take Care clinic instead. The nurse there really listened to me and prescribed me an antibiotic. Do NOT waste your time or money or even your insurances money here. TOTAL WASTE. I am not even sure if the doctor even has her medical license. I think it was Dr. Lunifa or something like that...

I am new to the area, I had been sick in bed for over a week when I visited. They charged me $282 at the time of the visit to record my weight, blood pressure, and listen to me breathe. Doctor Norris made no real attempt at a diagnos. He offered me a "sinus cocktail", and a prescription for some antibiotics and flo-nase. He admitted he had no idea what I had. However, he said he was confident that this would kick it. Did I want the shot or not? I went ahead and took the treatment. It made no difference...other than now I felt sick and medicated for another week. Ok, so it was just a bad bug, bad experience. I eventually got over it, life goes on. When the claim came through my insurance, I found out they had over billed me $147. Three weeks later when I called to find out about getting a refund for the over billed amount, they now tell me it is still being reviewed. A process that can take 6-8 weeks?! I get the feeling they expect me to forget about it. I would agree with every other reviewer here. Go some where else...preferably somewhere that actually provides health care. Unless you just want a dealer that supplies "sinus cocktails" and antibiotics without asking questions...

Went in waited over an hour to be seen for an ear ache. Nurses were disinterested in triage and the doctor had a horrific attitude forwards me and the nurses both. Was told there was nothing wrong other than wax in my ear. A week later went elsewhere was told I had a horrible middle ear infection. Got my bill (480 dollars since they cleaned out both ears at 96 bucks a pop), paid through my HSA (even called them told them I was doing so) received a letter I had 15 days to pay or was being sent to collection agency. Made attempts over a 4 day period to contact billing and ask if they had received the payment. Left 2 voicemails a day and no one ever called back. Just saved the receipt in case they sent to collections since I DID pay them. I would not send my worst enemy here... I feel bad if its the only place people with TennCare can go.

The nurse practitioner refused to refill my prescriptions I have been taking for over 10 years. I chose this practice because its convenient. But after my copay I was treated so cruel, the np kept arguing with me that I didnt need my fluid pills because she squeezed my ankle and she couldnt see fluid that one time uh duh maybe because I took my meds this morning!?!? Ya think. I have also been on heart meds which she refused to fill also. Then she is saying I have to come back and see the Dr Im like wait a minute for my $40 copay u listen to my chest, squeezed my ankle and talked to me and I cant even get my prescriptions refilled that you all see in Walgreens records?!? This is unbelievable.

My child had a horrible ear ache so out of desperation we decided to visit this clinic. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. The nurses were extremely rude and sassy from the beginning. The doctor was not any better. We felt as if it was a burden to the staff that we even walked through the door. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with us. Not even enough time for me to completely explain the symptoms my daughter was having. We were rushed out of there totally confused. I would highly recommend everyone not to go here. There are much better places to visit in the area.

Dr. Andersons nurse is rude and obnoxious. Apparently this type of behavior is Acceptable at Prime Urgent. She talks crazy to you with no regard at all. Raseem Ali is a nurse practitioner and she came in the room telling me everything I was doing wrong, which is why according to her, I was experiencing this sickness. She talked to me like I had no sense at all. I will NEVER return or refer anyone to any location that involves Prime Urgent. I will not use my insurance to pay you to humiliate me and my family. ABSOLUTELY NOT

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anderson at this location. The staff was very professional and helpful. My child was at ease with this doctor and that is very important. I would recommend this location to anyone. I cant express how important it is for a doctor to be personable with patients, especially the teenage patients. My wait wasnt long at all, not more than 10 minutes and I was just there in Nov/2015

Ever wanted to be laughed at by your doctor? Me neither. They will also try to scam and squeeze every dollar out of you. Do NOT pay the deposit before your visit until youve spoken with your insurance. Dr. Anderson is very unprofessional, loud, and talks more than he listens. I was ready to be very accepting of staff here because of my few options, but I wont be returning here ever.

Attitude from the front desk absolutely appalling. In addition facility opens at 10:00 and at 10:15 were advised that doctor was not even in. Left and went to Methodist ER in Germantown. So much more professional.
