Absolutely the worst Dr. experience I have ever had. I cannot really rate the doctor because I NEVER got to see him! I called for an appointment on June 16, 2015 and made the "earliest" available appointment for August 11, 2015 at 1:00. Appointment taker advised me at that time to bring any current records (blood tests, gastro related tests) to the appointment which I did. Prior to the appointment date all the way till the actual appoint, never once was I contacted by phone, email etc...to confirm appointment. On Tuesday August 11 I arrived to the office at approx. 12:45 (15 mins prior to complete new patient paperwork which I thought ahead for). I observed one other person in the room of approx. 10-12 chairs available. I checked in and filled out the planned for new patient paperwork. I sat back down and awaited my name to be called. While seated and waiting I observed 6-8 persons (obviously pharmaceutical sales reps) check-in with the ladies at the window and brought back to meet with Dr. Srinivas for whom they requested. At approx. 1:35 the other patient waiting was called back. At approx. 2:15 another sales rep came in and was escorted back...at which time I felt compelled to inquire as to the time frame of my appoint in order to return to work. I was advised by the two (2) ladies at the desk "This is not a 15 minute Dr. He spends more than usual time with his patients" they continued to say " You should have called prior to coming in as he usually runs late". Might I remind you I am a NEW patient! So I was assured I would be called shortly and I continued waiting since it was almost two months to schedule an appointment. I was finally called back at 2:48pm and weighed, BP checked, temp etc...and brought into an exam room. Remind you my original appointment was for 1:00! I then proceeded to wait in the exam room for another 30+ mins until such time as I could overhear, someone who I can only assume to be the Dr., speaking with a sales rep in the hall. I overheard the entire conversation of the sales pitch and distribution of samples. After that conversation was completed still NO Dr. I waited another 10-15 mins. and finally said to hell with this. I left the exam room, entered the waiting room and approached the check-in window. It was 3:33! I told the lady at the window I had to get back to work and that I have been waiting for over 2.5 hours! I told her to contact me and re-schedule on my timeframe. I still have not received one single phone call or email to reschedule as of this date 8-14-15. Absolutely horrible way to treat a new or even existing customer! Will NOT go back there.

I had a horrible experience and would not recommend Dr Dasarathy Srinivas! I have a life threatening illness and was able to get an appointment with him very quickly. However, after extensive blood work and tests, he failed to follow up with me. After my first round of tests, all he needed to do was call the pharmaceutical company to get approval for my prescription. He promised to do this immediately so I could begin treatment. When I didnt hear back from him within a few weeks, I called several times to follow up. Each time I was told he was "out on an emergency"... he never returned my messages AFTER 5 MONTHS of calling. I finally made an in person visit to the office only to find out his office had moved. I then drove to the new location only to be told he was "out of the office and that I should make an appointment" to speak with him. By this time, it had been 6 months since my initial visit. One of the receptionists in the lobby actually told me this type of neglect is very common in his office and she said I should seek medical treatment with someone else. I was extremely upset and made it known that I was unhappy and would find a new doctor. Once he found out I was seeking treatment from someone else, he called back that day and told me that I would have a hard time finding someone else to treat me. He also seemed very confused about my patient profile and didnt remember anything about me-- he literally didnt remember why I came to see him in the first place and asked that I schedule ANOTHER appointment to go over my profile! All he was supposed to do was write a prescription to Harvoni so I could start treatment!! Since then, Ive had a very hard time finding a doctor that will take Dr. Srinivass patients. He apparently has a bad reputation in the field and MANY of his patients have had the same experience as me. Please take warning and do not go to this doctor!!! I finally found a new doctor to see me and its been an entire year of searching and hoping for help.

He saved my moms life!! After months going to several doctors she went to see him and he found the tumor on her pancreas. He was an angel in disguise. We could call him for anything. Ms. Susan was so helpful and sweet to us. He referred her to Dr. Suraza an oncologist, We called him at all hours, he did home visits, both doctors have the best bedside manors. My family was grateful for everything both offices. The Woods Family.
