Both my kids and I go to Unger Eye Care for our routine check ups and my daughter saw Ms. Tina for eye therapy twice a week for over 7 months. In that time period ,each time we saw them, had any questions regarding insurance, billing or questions about my daughters treatment, everyone there always had an answer. If for some reason staff wasnt sure, they would get the answer promptly from soneone who did. Service is excellent there, everyone clearly enjoys what they do and enjoys working there! Dr. Tom and Dr Alice are very thorough doctors! Thank-you so much for improving my daughters vision and her experience with her reading and homework! Worth every penny!

service and product excellent, just very poor information at desk-i went there because they were members of VSP-a vision plan that was optional upgrade at work-but it only covers routine exam. person at desk said"if you have health insurance then these more detailed vision tests are paid for"-well, turns out they are not providers under my medical insurance-sure, i shouldve checked myself first-but then youd think the office people would know to check before scheduling expensive tests to ensure coverage-expensive lesson learned-

I am a mature woman trying contacts for the first time. I never thought I would ever be able to put the lenses in my eye. First hurdle over... taking out was a breeze. The staff was so patient in my training of putting lenses in my eyes. Doctor Tom is so patient with my losing contacts, tearing contacts and just not figuring out the right script I need ..so hard for me to figure out if it is this one or that one..he never loses his patience, Thank You Doctor Tom I think you might have it this time.

I appreciate the thorough care that Dr. Thomas Unger provides. I have experienced very dry eyes to the extent I couldnt open my eyes if I woke in the middle of the night. Dr. Tom worked with me over an extended period of time and Im so relieved now. He is not only a doctor to just for glasses. He does extensive eye tests and looks at your overall eye health. Hes treated me for several eye issues and my eyes feel better than they have in years.

I have gone to Dr. Alice for several years.I have found Dr. Alice to be very professional, kind, understanding, and quite proficiient at explaining all information to the patient. The equipment used in testing is new and up-to-date. The office is bright and cheery, but most of all, immaculate. They have a wide variety of lenses and even dispense cleaning machinges for contacts. They have the field covered. I would recommend them for your eye care.

A friend referred my to Unger Eye Care. I had been to another eye doctor for problems with dry eye, without success. Dr. Unger gave me several treatment options that helped tremendously! I am always seen within minutes of my appointment time and the doctor gives thorough instructions for treatment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Best eye doctor around.

Called to make an appointment and they refused to even schedule me an appointment unless I had all my insurance information. I was looking to have an eye exam done which my insurance doesnt cover anyway which I told them that and was told to call somewhere else. This is my home town eye Doctor and its a shame I was turned away.

Not thrilled. We drove ~2 hours to find a dirty carpet, damage to the paint and walls, and a half hour wait just to get to wait another close to twenty minutes for the doctor to see us. Also overheard the staffs racist joke of choice about how the Chinese shuffle cards. Really not impressed.
