Horrible, horrible, horrible I had just had surgery and my incision was infected and Dr. Estopinal actually made fun of me. I could not go to my surgeon as he is out of town, and because I asked if I could go to my other facility since I had already had a CT scan set up, he became horrible and wrote down his orders wrong for the other facility to follow so since insurance goes only by what a doctors orders are it would not of been covered the other facility tried to get him to correct them and he tried to blame them after they even showed me that he wrote it incorrectly so I could not get any relief for the pain I ended up waiting on him from 10 to 8 till he said sorry to bad pretty much and ended up in the ER where real doctors work and they got me straight on antibiotics and something for the pain. Dont waste your time here just go straight to the ER this place is a joke, the only thing I can say for them is the nurses I had were very nice, and very caring, but Ive never seen a doctor act that way.

Do you want to pay up front for their consult fee? $113 gets you started! Do you enjoy waiting two hours before seeing a doctor? Do you prefer to be treated like dirt by nurses and receptionists? Do you like being lectured at by your medical professional? I waited over two hours to be seen for less ten minutes, and was asked to wait even longer afterward to receive a prescription for three different, very expensive, antibiotics. Several people had come in after me were moved ahead of me, and I spent nearly as long in the waiting room as I did in the exam room before the doctor finally came in to see me. Nearly every one of his staff made little eye contact, spoke dismissively, interrupted me mid-question at almost every turn, and just were plain rude. Obviously I will never go back. Id rather cut my arm off than suffer the suggested follow-up visit. For what its worth, I was diagnosed with Bursitis, which is similar to tennis elbow.

Went to the facility to see if my sore throat, dry cough, etc. was infectious - I babysit our six-month-old great-granddaughter and didnt want to pass any baddies to her. Within three hours I was seen by a nurse, nurse practitioner, x-ray tech, and doctor. After having lungs listened to, I had a chest x-ray, had my blood sugar tested, given antibiotic and steroid injections (after the nurse practitioner questioned me about my diabetes and how my body reacts to steroid injection), swabs for flu and strep (both negative-yes!) The front office staff was gracious, even when I didnt notice two different places that required my signature! Almost immediately I began to feel better (I refer to that as "the magic shot." AND my initial question, am I contagious? was answered. Glenda Bolin

Unprofessional. Took my husband who was having a mild allergic reaction to go here, we got there 10 minutes before their posted closing time and both doors were locked and not a car in sight. The website and info said it should have been open. We wasted our time going there when we could have just went down the street to the ER. If you are going to stop taking patients after 5:30 so that you can "close" by 6 then post those as your hours, and dont waste peoples time when they are hurrying to get a family member taken care of, this is supposed to be a medical facility, not some restaurant that decides to close early because its been a slow day. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional, do not take your loved ones there.

I have always been very satisfied with Doctors urgent care where (my) expectation is to wait to see the Dr. because I do not have an appointment. I have been to different doctors and waited over 2 hours with an appointment. If you get there when they open or after 4:00, your wait will not be as long. I love Dr. Estoponal and the nurses, they are professional but at the same time will make me feel calm and comfortable. I have never found them to be uncaring or rude. I have been going here since they first opened several years ago and do no plan on going any other urgent care.

I was very disappointed with the service. The staff at the front desk speaks to you in an uncaring, monotone manner, and NEVER smiles.. A word to you girls: Youre dealing with people who are ill, weak, afraid, feeling bad, hurting, and sometimes feel like theyre gonna die. Youre working at an URGENT CARE clinic and NOT at the K-Mart exchange counter. These CUSTOMERS are paying your salary. The least you could do is show some compassion for them, instead of giving them a "ho-hum, whatever" attitude. The next time I need urgent care, Ill just go to a regular hospital ER.

This is my go-to urgent care place. I have always felt to be treated extremely well. Everyone has always been attentive. I was looking at older reviews and I can agree the wait can be extensive at times but what urgent care center wont have a wait? The wait time has gotten exponentially better. I have been going here for over 3 years and I will continue to go here. Staff and doctors are very welcoming, genuine and kind hearted. Never felt like I was a number or a dollar sign.

Dr. Estopinal has always been the best around. I have had multiple family members taken care of by Dr. Estopinal and he has always done an amazing job , and taken great care of them. On two occasions, he was the only local doctor to find the root of the problem, he got it addressed immediately, followed through and then checked up on them after. In this day and age, its hard to find a doctor like him. Im thankful we have him here in Slidell. Thanks Dr. E!

I work in healthcare and was skeptical to come to an urgent care office. Im happy to say that the Doctor and nurses were surprisingly great! Doc had awesome bedside manner too. The reception wasnt too friendly when I called but they were very personable, in person. If I had to go back, I will. They had all the equipment needed to treat my symptoms and they didnt shoo me off to the ER

This visit to Doctors Urgent Care in Slidell was an excellent experience. Very competent, friendly and caring staff including administration, nurses and doctor. This was my first experience with US Health System, and it fully matched, what I know from Denmark - except from a higher price due to Denmarks much higher tax rate (excuse my poor English).

This location wouldve been almost impossible to find, its way off the road next to some middle size hospital or pretty large clinic. Doctors Urgent Care, staff is very professional I would highly recommend this professional service to anyone. Google map got me there. Thank you google map, and thank you Dr. at Doctors Urgent Care.

Absolutely the best. I have visited other urgent care offices and never had an experience like this one. Everyone was very friendly and Aimee and Dr. Estopinal were awesome. I would and have told everyone if this kind of care is what you need look no further you will not be treated better anywhere else.
