We had a Class act experience when two of our kids need work that required sedation. The assistant kept us updated and Dr. Stump was really caring and I could tell that he was a team player in his own practice as he even helped one of his assistants with one of her tasks. The anesthesiologist helped to carry one of my kids back to the chair and was very informative and also had a very convenient practical approach to billing that cuts out all B.S. that you put up with, with all the big dogs in the medical world. Their office is new and state of the art with great wholesome toys that my kids loved. Its conveniently located in Spring Creek Business park right off of 64 at Zions Crossroads. I definitely recommend them to anyone with small children getting dental work, sedation or not. Nathan Johnson

I was referred to a Peditric Dentist from our family dentist. I didnt know what to expect. The office at first was friendly. However when they took my small child back, they would not allow me to go with my scared child. Second, the staff was not friedly afterwards. My billing was not accurate and they didnt even want to discuss- I was threatened with pay it or go to collections. Does anyone know what customer service is? I have excellent credit, so I didnt want to tarnish it over a dentist, but we will NEVER go back or recommend this office to anyone.

I was very disappointed in the practice. I heard great things, but I was proven wrong. The doctor was not profession in sedation. Its illegal and I gave it my self and she spilt it on my child. When the billing was not correct, I called and the staff was rude. A few days I got a Dear John letter that I was not fit for the practice. It was rude and uncalled for. I wouldnt have gone back anyway, so dont get a big head. I suggest another practice- take my word. I can bet the good review are from friends of Dr. Dixons. THUMBS DOWN!!

We went to the Hollymead location, and had a great experience. My daughter is 3.5 years old, and this was her first real cleaning. Suzy/Susie, our tech, was wonderful, patient & engaging with her, and the movie room chair helped as well to keep her occupied while the brushing, flossing and cleaning occurred, since this was her first experience with real dental tools. Dr. Dixon and Susie were both thorough but time efficient which is great for young kids.
