I cannot agree with the review posted by Z Pittington leaving a 1-Star as being legitimate (just read its incongruencey, does this patients mother that left this review even know if their child is a "he" or a "her" as the mother cannot make that distinction when trying to get her point across. I am suspicious of its credibility as everything written is contrary to what I have experienced with Dr. Eye. I felt compelled to set it straight as I have known Dr. Eye for over 5 years as his patient. He has treated my dental anxiety through sedation and just by caring about me. Before Dr. Eye I could not even step in a dental office without my mother. Now I come every 6 months for my cleaning and all of Dr. Eyes dental work has stayed in. Everything Dr. Eye has advised me has been the best for allowing me to keep my teeth. I like his office because they make me feel comfortable and always help me find a way to receive care. I do not want to be critical of the person who wrote that negative review but I can assure they never met the Dr. Eye who treated me. Dr. Eye is by far a 5 Star dentist.

I personally did not go to Dr. Eye, my child did, many times and spent a lot of money. While on vacation my child had severe tooth pain and went to dentist there and he found multiple problems. One being a tooth that Dr. Eye had JUST filled and there was a cavity underneath the filling and he also found two untreated cavities. Dr. Eye also had previously sent my child to get a root canal and the oral surgeon politely told her that there was nothing they needed to do for her that she did not need a root canal. I would not suggest anyone go to this practice. My child spent hundreds of dollars for nothing, absolutely nothing. It was such and unprofessional situation I considered going to the insurance company about the money they had paid out and the lack of treatment for that money.

This office does good work, but Im still hard pressed to recommend them if other options are available. Dr. Eye Jrs office is full of people who care, but they rush you through appointments, glazing over pricing and keeping you distracted while they try to drain as much money as possible. Also, they dont listen very well or not at all. I had to go through alot of stress with my insurance company because despite acknowledging my requests for pricing they ignored my requirements and charged me the wrong prices. Forcing me to spend much more out of pocket. Good work;Nice people. But they rush you and dont like to listen. Be wary if you decide to use them.

This is by far one of the best dentist offices I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. I have had multiple procedures done at their office and have to say that they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable and well informed. I recently had a laser procedure done to remove a skin tag on my lip. It was wonderfully easy and painless. After the numbing it was quick and I had next to no pain after. I have also had the same experience with cavities, quick and painless and zero issues. Wonderful practice and would highly recommend for both adults and children. (My 8 year old son goes there as well and they are wonderful with him.

The staff was so nice. I am a recent JMU Grad and was not sure where to look for a good dentist in Harrisonburg. I always would have my appointments done in my hometown. I looked up reviews and Dr. Eye and his staff showed up on my search and I went off the reviews and trusted they would be true. I am glad I listened to them. Staff is very welcoming and quick to make you feel comfortable. The office is a very nice environment, warm and professional. They really helped me specifically for what I needed (I needed a specific Dental Exam for government purposes).

Im in the process of having 4 crowns and multiple cavities filled. During the first visit, my treatment plan was more than I had budgeted. Dr. Eye and his staff worked with me to get the treatment I needed at a price I could afford - the dentist can be intimidating, but you just have to ask for what you need! Ive had my second visit and everything went very smoothly even though I have major anxiety over these procedures. They made sure I was happy and comfortable and contacted me afterwards to ensure they had done everything that I needed/expected.

I could not be more happy with my first visit to Dr. Eye and Exceptional Smiles. I found the office from all the glowing reviews online. Dr. Eye is gentle and polite. He answered all of my questions and took time to hear what I had to say about my past dental experiences. The assistants were all well dressed as a team and friendly. I scheduled my husband at this office. Highly recommend as this is the best dentist experience I have had.

Very professional staff. Everyone that works there is very nice. The front desk is very friendly and the scheduling staff are very accomadating. Employees go out of their way to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. This is the third dentist Ive been to in Harrisonburg and they are by far the best. Dr. Eye is very professional and overall, a very nice guy. I would reccomend him and his staff to anyone in the Harrisonburg area!

Wonderfully friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Eye creates a comfortable environment to put even our young children at ease. Our 1,4, and 6 year old loved their visit as did my husband and I. The office was clean and welcoming. So nice to have great dental care for the whole family and a team of committed professionals that goes above and beyond to help out a family.

Dr. Eye is amazingly competent and caring. He explained everything in a calm and understandable manner, patiently answering my questions. He worked unhurriedly, always checking to make sure that I was all right and comfortable. I felt at ease with him and during all procedures. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff. Couldnt ask for better dental and customer care. I have been a patient for about 3 years and super grateful for all attention to detail care. thanks to Dr. Rob advise to use fluoride have not had new cavity ever sense that very fist visit and prior to it i was at the dentist to fix my teeth every 4-8 month.
