Bottom line: Dont become a patient here because there is a lack of communication between decision makers and staff. This leads to you, the client, being stuck between doctors, staff and owners -- and ultimately zero results in your favor and simply headache. I became a patient in the middle of June this year. I just needed cleaning and some fillings. Dr. Harrison did my cleaning and she was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable, but the good of the clinic ends there. The doctor who did my fillings recommended a night guard for me, and so I got one. He said it would take a week to make. Two weeks go by without any contact from the office, so I call to try to find out what happened. After a few back and forth calls, the office manager tells me my night guard needs a remolding and Ill have to go in for another impression. She says shell check with the Doctor. A few days go by, I call to follow up. (Almost everyone I spoke with is not good at calling back -- FYI). The doctor said the mold broke and it was the labs fault so Ill have to come in for a remolding. At this point, I ask if I can just get a refund. He said Ill have to talk to the office manager. So I do. She said she had to talk to the finance lady. Then she discovers my night guard was there all along! I told her I would still like a refund after thinking about how often I would actually wear it. The office manager didnt follow up after a few days -- so I did. And again. And again. And again. She is still waiting on decisions to be made by others...I understand this may be at no fault of her own, but it leads to me to be a very unhappy client. The office manager even told me that her contact is busy opening up another clinic and is overwhelmed...so how am I supposed to feel as a patient? Now that theyre opening a new clinic, the patients at an old clinic dont matter anymore? Its a bad sign. Im definitely going to look for a new clinic because this is very bad customer service. Clients and good service obviously are not a top priority here.

My first experience here was AMAZING. The first dentist I saw was so kind and comforting. I fear most dentists, but not him. I.was pregnant and he wanted to wait until after I had my baby just to be safe before doing any xrays or dental work. However, when I went back to get a tooth pulled and extracted after my baby was born, I saw a differnet dentist who I had an almost horrifying experience with. He was NOT comforting or communicative AT ALL. When he was explaining wjat he had to do, he was pushy and rushing me...I was trying to read the paperwork because I didnt understand what needed to done, and he was just so pushy. When it came to pulling my tooth out, it was fine and quick. But my 2 week old baby was crying and very hungry...I asked if I could feed her before but he insisted that it would be quick and wasnt understanding at all. He then proceeded to do a filling, insisting itd take only 5 mins. It was quick. But I felt I needed more than just that filling. Here I am, about 6 months later, the tooth he filled is cracked and hurts like its still a cavity. And all of my other molars that have been hurting since before going there still hurt. I believe they are cavities. I wish he had taken his time and actually treated me like a patient instead of a paycheck, because now it hurts to even brush my teeth. I know there were more cavities, bit I guess he didnt care or didnt know what he was doing. Now, I dont have dental insurance or the money to get my teeth fixed. If he had taken his time and not rushed, and communicated to me properly...maybe I would have teeth that I could actually eat cereal with and not cringe from the pain. The first dentist was great, and he probably would have taken good care of my teeth. I think he is the one in charge, so if you go here, be sure to see him. HE deserves 5 stars. The other guy deserves NONE.

Excellent Service! I have spent a lot of time in the dentist chair in the past with Root Canals, Crowns, Bridges, etc.. I am always nervous going to the dentist. After relocating here to Winchester I needed to get established. I am so happy that I found Valley Dental, Dr. Signh and his great team. The hygienist did an exceptional job and was very gentle. Always explains everything and is ready to answer any questions. I didnt realize that I have started grinding my teeth but she picked right up on that during the exam and discussed how using a mouth guard at bedtime can help me save on the $$ investment that I have already spent on my teeth. Dr. Signh informed me of that as well. The tech who took my impressions was also very kind and did not treat me roughly for the impressions. The business office staff came in and explained everything to me with a breakdown. Procedures are very affordable from my past experience. I highly recommend this office for any of your family dental needs. Incredible Team!

Pretty Bad Experience here. I had 3 fillings that just needed repaired. It took them an hour to get to me and only 20 mins to get the work done. The Dentist was SO ROUGH with me. (and i have had implants in my mouth!!) my mouth is SO SORE from getting FILLINGS!!! That is just ridiculous. I mean very sore, i have taken 600 mg of Motrin. Also my numbing has been worn off for several hours and there is something wrong with my bite. My teeth are def hitting in places they didnt hit before-so i do need to go back because obviously they didnt "file" enough of the filling. But other than that i will not be going back to this place. -Brandi

This is a rip off practice. Demanded that x-rays be taken before even looking at my mouth for a standard dental cleaning. Claimed they did not know "how" to clean my teeth without taking radiographs. Never looked at my medical history that reflected extensive surgery that required so much radiation that I no longer accept ANY radiation unless medically urgent. This practice only wanted to increase billables to insurance carrier - did not give a fig about needs of the patient. I walked out - and all of this after having been kept sitting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Quacks!

Literally, the best dentist in the world!! The Manger (Tammy) is amazing and beyond professional. Thank you Tammy for being so kind. Taking the time to come around the desk and talk to me was so nice of you. I was able to book an appointment asap, 7/13/16. The doctor came out to the waiting room and sat down to speak with me. That was an amazing touch. Seems like Dr. Lee truly cares about his patients. My cleaning was awesome!! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He deserves more than a 5 stars!!

The staff are extremely nice and attentive. I went in for a tooth extraction and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a completely painless procedure and I was in and out within 10 minutes of sitting in the dental chair. I have never been so well cared for and out so quickly before in my life, it was amazing! I highly recommend this dental office!
