Had my very first appointment today with Dr Muench. I was worried after having a long terrible experience with my last doctor and his very unprofessional & unfriendly staff. I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was in this office and how helpful & professional they were. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes. I was put in a room and quickly a very nice nurse came in to talk to me about my history. As soon as she left Dr Muench came in with a smile on her face and greeted herself. She wanted to know all about me. And what I needed done she immediately had it done. She didnt rush me & really listened to me. She seemed to genuinely care. Had blood work done right there. As I was leaving, in one stop the staff quickly set up a procedure for me, made me a new appointment & new first time appointments for my children. I highly recommend this office. Very pleased :)

She has made both visits extremely easy, friendly, and best of all she has listened and attempted to help me as best she can. The staff is professional, friendly, and the wait time is minimal.
