I absolutely love this place! They are very professional, easy going and provide prompt excellent customer service! I had one of the best Opthamalogist and THE BEST assistant ever Eric! He went over and beyond to help me pick out frames that fit my face good and after a month of purchasing my Tiffany frames, the design on the side was falling apart. Eric was great and replaced them hassle free. 6 months into the replaced Tiffany frames and again, the side design fell off again! I called and requested a replacement again, but this time I was concerned because my year warranty will be running out soon, and obviously the design of my frames has some kind of defect. I asked one of the girls who took my replacement request if there is anything I can do, buy an extended warranty, return the frames for a different style, and she said that since it has been 7 months that her hands were tied. Ok, well thats seems reasonable to me so I couldnt argue with her. So I go in to pick up 2nd pair of replacement frames (same design) and I see Eric. He was surprised that the frames fell apart again and was very understanding! He reassured me that he will help me out, and sure enough he kept his promise! Not only did I get a completely different pair of frames, I got new lenses in them as well, and best of all, at no charge. He provided excellent customer service and went over and beyond to help me! THANK YOU ERIC! Your the best! You have made me a loyal Pearl Vision customer for life!

Purchased my first pair of progressive lenses here and the staff were very helpful. My glasses arrived quicker than promised, in 4 days. I tried to get used to these lenses for 3 weeks and just wasnt able to tolerate the progressive experience. I went back and requested that they move my top (distance) field down. They recalculated my fields of vision, made a slight adjustment (2mm) and had new lenses ordered for me that afternoon. I was able to keep wearing my glasses and when the new lenses arrived in just a few days, I dropped my glasses off at the store and they had my new glases ready in an hour. What a diference! I adjusted to the progressive lenses that same day. Excellent customer service by everyone I dealt with here!! I will definitely come back to this store again for my next pair of glasses.

I cant say enough good things about this store! My family and I were traveling to Anna Maria Island for spring break this past week when I started to have severe issues with my eyes. I could barely keep my eyes open and they were so light sensitive that everything hurt. The ladies at the desk were absolutely wonderful about working me in on short notice when I wasnt even a patient of theirs and they actually expressed concern when I wasnt there as early as they thought I would be. Dr. Kirkland was beyond amazing as well. She got me right in and did a wonderful job of walking me through all my questions and prescribing the best treatment to get me feeling better for my vacation. My follow up appointment was equally as accommodating. Cant recommend them enough!

Fast, accommodating and courteous service. We came in as my daughters lens fell out of her glasses. They went out of their way to work her in for an eye exam. They worked with me financially as to what I could afford, got us temporary lenses within 2 hours so that she could return to school and the permanent lenses were ready within 24 hours. By far the best service we have experienced in the 3 cities we have lived. I went in very stressed and came out completely stress free. Most of the patrons I saw while I was there consider them like family members. I highly recommend and will not do business anywhere else!

The owners, Fred and his daughter Sarah, have given us great service for the past 10 years. We used other eyeglass places in the area and were so frustrated until we walked into Pearl Vision. They have consistently created great fitting and stylish glasses for us. When my husband dropped his glasses when he fell out of our kayak, I called right away and they had his new glasses ready within 2 days!! Wonderful people and I recommend them to everyone. Its hard to believe that anyone thinks they had a bad experience there!!!

This review is specifically for the receptionist and Dr. Pierce - greatest experience Ive ever had with probably any doctor of any variety. Hes a kind, considerate, and quite frankly, a very funny guy who is clearly compassionate about his work and helping people out. Though I cannot remember the receptionists name, she was equally as sweet, efficient and helpful. I would recommend this establishment, and more specifically, Dr. Pierce to anyone who needs a contacts or glasses examination.

Dr. Kirkland is a wonderful doctor. She spends as much time as needed on the patient. As for asking questions,... there has never been a time that she didnt answer my questions in full understandable detail. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kirkland for many years and are completely satisfied. As for the store: The staff is well trained in customer service. They offer suggestions when asked but never push product that doesnt interest you.

Very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left. I showed up 20 min early but was taken care of right away. Its the 1st time I have been to this office and felt very welcomed the entire time. I was in and out within an hour. I had a very good experience here. Dr. Pierce is a great Dr. He is very "to the point" and helpful. He answered all my questions about Lasik and even looked up stuff online for me, instead of passing me off to his staff. I did not feel rushed and liked the help with picking out my glasses. This place really sets the bar for others and I will def be back.

I thought the optometrist was very good and service at the store was average. There was no sense of pressure to purchase from the facility, which I have fealt in other areas. I originally purchased online after visiting the optometrist, but purchased on site after the second visit.
