If I could give it no stars I would. I found out on march 8th that Im pregnant and found this place. I had an issue with my insurance, my birthdate was off by one day. I finally got that issue fixed and they wont see me because of "too many no shows". I had an appointment they THEY rescheduled because Dr. Was on call. Ok fine. I rescheduled ONE appointment because it was the middle of a work day for me and i cant just leave work. I showed up for the one that i had scheduled..they wouldnt see me because of insurance being off by a day. Another appointment was scheduled hoping that insurance would be fixed by then..it wasnt and they wouldnt see me. Now they wont see me at either practice because supposedly I canceled or didnt show up. This practice is more concerned about money than the well being of a babies healthy development. So here I am at about 3.5 months pregnant starting at square 1 trying to find a dr so I can make sure my baby is healthy.

I just selected one star, because there is no option for zero. This has been my worst experience at a doctors office ever. The doctor knew what I had, and still he ordered lab tests just to confirm, but nobody ever told me this would be a different bill, and two months later I got a surprise bill for more than $600. The lady picking up the phone is really rude, and on top of all of this I had to call back because the first treatment didnt work, neither did the second.

Nurses and office staff are incredibly rude and insensitive. I would recommend someone going to planned parenthood before considering this. I had a few bad experiences in the actual office and calling them was absolutely awful. Never had a healthcare provider speak to me in such a harsh manner. People need to remember going into the healthcare field its not just about the money but you need to be able to be kind. If you cant then get a new job!
