I will start out by saying, last year this office was great. Im not sure what has happen in the last year to make their customer services go down hill but it has badly. If you have any other choice, I recommend you to never go here. Because If you think you will be there on time, just forget it. The last time I was at the office i waited in the lobby for over 55 mins before leaving without anyone saying anything to me and this appointment was a reschedule appointment to make up for the last one they mess up on. They have a serious problem with the scheduleing of the appointments. Before this i was happy with them over all.

Im 18 and recently married. It was my first time seeing a geinocologist. As a diabetic I have always had concerns about my reproductive health, my cycle was off, and I told the woman examining me about it. She said "well you might have PCOS. Are you trying to conceive?" I replied "not exactly. I would like to finish school first, but my husband and I would be happy to have a child." She then proceeded to question me about contraception and chastised me when I told her I wasnt using any. She completely skated around my health concerns and I left with none of my questions answered.

An Individual

I do not recommend. Dont use this office. Find a more efficient and organized doctor. Scheduled for a complete physical, was charged for a complete physical but was not given one. Didnt even do the top #1 of medical exams - eyes, ears, throat. Wait in waiting room for was 55 minutes, time in exam room was 15 minutes. Was very rushed and seemed unorganized.

Im so discouraged. The people in this office dont listen to your concerns. The ladies at the front desk are rude and usually ignore you to talk about drama going on in their lives. When you see a GYN you are extremely vulnerable and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I wish I could give it no stars.
