I had gone to this practice from the time I started having annual exams (18 years old). When I got pregnant with my first at age 23, I was seeing Dr.Goulding, who I had seen every year prior. However, I almost left the practice after my experience with her during my pregnancy. She had terrible bedside manner and wasnt very personable at all during my checkups. To boot, she also lost my labs at my 11 week sequential screen. At that time, I switched to Dr.Murthy - who was amazing. She was so kind and caring throughout the rest of my pregnancy and after my child was born. I ended up having some postpartum depression for 6 weeks after, and at my appointment I had discussed holding off on having more kids until my child turned 2. Well, my husband and I changed our minds and decided to try for #2 and when I went back in to confirm my 2nd pregnancy, she was NOT kind to me at all - was actually shocked to see me there - she made me feel like having #2 1 year after was a huge mistake and actually seemed disappointed. She even asked me if it was planned! I then had some bleeding, and they didnt get me into the office to be checked until 1pm on Monday. They then did bloodwork, and said results would be back Tuesday morning. I called Tues and Wed mornings and left messages and no one returned my calls. Then a nurse called me after office hours on Wed leaving a voicemail with an extension that only works during business hours and didnt leave my results on voicemail which I gave express permission to do. So I ended up waiting another day to get my results, and then the nurse got an attitude with me, saying that she called me before the office closed and I never called back. I called the after hours line, hit the extension to talk to scheduling at 4:30, and no one would help me. My missed call log on my phone doesnt lie. They call stating they have your results after business hours and leave no way for you to get in touch with them until the next day. Talk about frustrating when youre worrying about miscarrying! They also have terrible hours. 8:30-4:30, and they close 12:30-1 for lunch. So even LESS time for you to reach someone when you need it! I am very disappointed with how they have treated me. The lack of unprofessionalism is astounding and the fact they dont return calls promptly is terrible. I left the practice administrator a message this morning to return my calls about all my concerns - was told she would be in at 9am - and have yet to get a call back (its 10:46am). That being said - the ultrasound technician was the only one I didnt have a problem with. She is amazing. And the other doctors - Reedy, Duff, Green - are nice, and I would see them if I had to. But if you want to feel welcomed and if you want any test results you have back to you in a timely fashion, or if you just want to reach a human when you have concerns - look elsewhere.

I am a young woman in my mid 20s. I have had a neutral experience with this office, its nothing special. I saw Dr. Goulding once a year for the last 3 years for my annual exam. She is a bit cold and socially awkward. I knew that I would be finding a new doctor when I decided to have children, but for now this office was close to my home and my experience was fine. However when I called to get help with my Rx, BOTH of my calls I was helped by RUDE, stuck up staff that tried to write me off. I asked them to send a pre-authorization form to my insurance company because I was told by my insurance that everything would then be taken care of. They dont know me or my policy and they told me that its "against office policy" to do a prior authorization for birth control pills. After I asked to see the policy they said that it actually wasnt a office policy that the doctors just dont do it when there is another (generic) Rx. I asked that they please do the auth because my policy will cover the brand name I have been taking for over 4 years! They told me that my insurance company just told me what I wanted to hear. It was not until I said how as a patient it was upsetting to be treated so rudely when I just wanted to be able to continue taking my same Rx and I am fortunate enough to do so because of the insurance policy I have and all I need was the pre-authorization paper work that they said they would do it. I did my job. I called insurance, I got the needed information, and I just wanted them to do their job. Instead they were RUDE BOTH times I called and I talked to two different people. I worked at a OBGYN office for 5 years and never treated anyone that way! I always knew I would want a better experience for when I decided to have children but I will be changing Doctors now and I wish I would have sooner. Being rude to a patient because you dont want to do your job is unacceptable! I recommend that you go somewhere else, especially if you have to see or speak with their office more than once a year.

I live in West Bloomfield the only reason i decided to go to this group was because my husband who is a physician ( Family/behavior addiction medicine) recommended this group .This group had their previous office in the same building where my husband has his clinic. He has recommended many patients to this group. Front office staff needs lot of training . They are rude and obnoxious .I took a appointment for morning 7.45 AM . I left home at 7.00 AM and reached at 8.00 AM that day morning traffic was really bad. I reached the office went directly to the front office, i said my name .Response re-schedule , so I asked why re-schedule is the physician not in the office today, response.you are late our doctors golden rule ,dont see the patient who are late. I totally get it I was late , it was my mistake . I was a new patient if the doctors follow golden rule isnt it the responsibility of the front office inform new patients the "golden rule" that if you are late for your appointment dont bother to come just reschedule. If they think their physicians time is precious/important the same applies to the patients their time is also as important and precious . I had adjusted all my schedule at my work just to make it to this appointment wasted 2 hours driving to their office and then driving back to work. Im not sure how the physicians are . as i was not seen . Front office need training as to how to be nice and courteous to patients.

I have been going to this office since I was 19 and pregnant with my first child. I went to a different OBGYN at first and she was rude to me and judgmental right away. She said I was too young and made me feel bad about myself then proceeded to continue the exam but she was rough. Then she started lecturing me about what I was eating and my living arrangements so I told her I had heard enough and left. I called this office and told them my situation. They were sympathetic and all so welcoming and caring that I continued throughout all my pregnancies. I had a total of five pregnancies with 3 live births. All three births were handled professionally and all 3 were healthy babies. Dr. Greene was my doctor at the time and delivered one of my babies while Dr. Reedy delivered the other 2. These doctors are excellent! I recommend them to everyone I meet. Even through the one miscarriage and one tubal I experienced still I was treated with compassion and felt like I was receiving the best care. My 18 year old daughter now is seeing him as well and I continue to drive the 45 minutes to see him for my annual visit. I tried going to an OBGYN near my house and instantly regretted that decision. You will not regret coming here. The doctors are worth it.
