Very Disappointing.Almost Criminal. The problems started before we even went in. Me and my fiance call a week or so before hand to set up an appointment not only did the receptionist write down all the information and our names and insurance info wrong even putting down a completely different set of insurance info for my fiance even though we have the same insurance. Then we got there the place was dusty, full of fake plants and unused non-scented candles with all the doors and windows wide open, even in rooms where oral surgery was occurring. Clearly the employees were lackadaisically trained at best as they were having constant struggle to perform simple tasks of their job assignments. I then at 1 point even had 5 different people in the room with me none of whom were people I knew or the actual doctor i came to see. I then had procedures and surgeries pushed on me as well as being pushed to sign a form by the doctor who refused to explain what it was for. I even had an employee (I assume employee I honestly am not sure they were) come and take a photograph of me without my consent while I was in the back room. I will not recommend anyone go to this establishment. Things were so bad at one point I ended up having to call back my fiance before I went into panic attacks in the back area. Instead I was brought the same receptionist who caused the first problems and when I finally did get to bring her in the receptionist then stood and argued with the person who was assigned to do my cleaning behind my head. Still no idea why she was involved at all because after the debacle where we had to have another employee retake down our appointment and insurance info we were told this employee was to be reprimanded and fired but was still working when we left. And throughout the entire appointment I only saw the actual dentist for a total of 1 minute and 34 seconds. everyone had horrible bedside manner and overall the business was more concerned with bottom line than patients. I do not recommend that ANYONE visit this establishment for your own health and safety. if you do go I strongly recommend you take someone with you to keep an eye on things the place is extremely shifty. I will certainly not be returning and the rest of our family are cancelling their appointments as well. The stress of the entire thing was so awful I had to be carried to my bus from the severe panic attack the staff induced.My appointment was the last week of July 2014. There were even more problems than this but these are the ones that stood out the most to me.Bottom line: UNSANITARY, UNSAFE, UNHEALTHY. I honestly dont know how they are allowed to operate legally.

I have recently moved from Portland to Omaha NE, and I regret not being able to go to Parkrose dental anymore . Dr Teu has the best bedside manner of anyone Ive ever worked with. He is patient, gentle, accommodating and explains the procedure very well when requested. Ive never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. Staff is friendly, knows my husband and I by our first names. I had transferred to Parkrose dental about 4 years ago to a friends recommendation after I had spent thousands of dollars on a misdiagnosed root canal in Vancouver. After dr Teu performed the procedure I was sold and was looking forward to come back for excellent care. My family was paying out of pocket and what I liked the most was that he never tried to push for other dental work to be done and always presented the most affordable option of care and consulted with me before proceeding. I highly recommend Parkrose Dental. Here you will feel Cared for and treated like a person.

The dentist office claimed they performed a Periodontal maintenance on me for the past four years but did not disclose to me. My wife usually call to schedule my regular teeth cleaning appointment and she always ask if anything is extra or out of pocket. Theyve been coding that on the bill to my Kaiser insurance. This time I got a bill and Kaiser didnt discount that out of pocket amount and thats how i found out. I call the dentist office to figure out why I got charge and none of the four people I talked to take responsibility or have a legitimate explanation. They were highly defensive of their office and said theyre only doing whats best for the clients. I dont doubt that but the least I wanted is for them to disclosed what they claimed theyve been doing to me. If I didnt get that bill then they would have kept charging my Kaiser insurance that amount for the rest of my time going there. I have a more detail letter/complain to the BBB if youre interested.

Great service..reasonable prices.....I first met Dr. Tieu about 10 years ago. I had a ground down tooth that was very short. My old dentist said he could not pull it out because it was too short and I would have to see an oral surgeon. My tooth started to hurt one Thursday. By Friday it was hurting alot. I found Dr Tieu in the phone book. I saw him on Saturday morning. He pulled it out with no problem. Ive had cavities filled, root canals, crowns,etc and have always been happy with his work and prices. His office staff gets me in very quickly. Within a day or so. If it is an emergency, he will see me within a day.

If you want to be treated really bad and sit in a chair waiting 45 mintues for the doctor who is SUPER busy and wont even give you the time to explain, then go to parkrose dentisry. They are not professional at all and their stategy is to get as many patients as possible in a day and if you ask the doctor for something, he will say I have 3 patients waiting I cant !! Would you trust a doctor who is very busy and runs from room to room to work on your tooth? He better concetrate and work in his orgenization skills. PLEASE GO FIND OTHER PLACE !!!!! I regret going to them.

Ive been attending Parkrose dental for years! They are amazing from the doctors to the scheduling staff everyone has been great, we started taking our son with us as well and he had no complaints! All my regular teeth cleaning and checkups have been most excellent, I even had 3 wisdom tooth extractions which I was deathly afraid of, and well my doctor did an exceptional job I felt nothing! Needless to say its time for some way overdue visits and we will be gladly attending soon!

Worst experience ever. Called for an emergency on one of my teeth and they told me they had an opening appointment for me So I told them I would take it, so thinking I had an appointment I called because I forgot to ask a question they told me they gave my appointment away to someone else! Why would a place that wants to be professional Do that to a potential customer? Do not go there.

If I could give this place a 0 star than I would. Im usually pretty cool with getting a notice for an appointment early on but at this place wow I never wouldve thought when I came for my appointment that they didnt even give me notice that I was no longer secdulde to come in at the given time and date.
