I took my oldest daughter here back in 2011. The visits were great, she was treated with great care and she loved her dentist. On her first visit I provided them with our insurance information. At the completion of each of her visits payment was made for the amount our insurance did not cover. One year from her last visit I received a bill for over $250. I called and spoke to a receptionist, she stated they made a mistake and billed the wrong insurance, and now the insurance will not cover anything since it had been so long from the visit. The Gentle Dental employee I spoke to told me not to pay the bill and they will write it off. Well now over 2 years from my daughters last visit I received a call from a collections agency wanting to collect payment from Gentle Dental. The collection agency told me it needs to be cleared up with Gentle Dental to avoid negative impact to my credit rating. I called Gentle Dental today to try to resolve the issue. The woman I spoke to said once a bill goes to collections they have nothing they can do at the office. She said she would speak to her business manager and see what could be done, I told her I will be calling back later today to see what can be done. I called a few hours later and spoke to a different receptionist who told me the business manager has had the entire day off and will not be in until Monday morning. So far this has been a much larger headache than expected. The receptionists seem very cold and unwilling to help.

I went in today for a filling and they said oh this is going to be quick just a little filling. They make you sign a financial agreement before you go in stating that this is what it will cost. So they didnt say anything until after the treatment was done but when I got finished they said oh btw your filling was a little bigger than we thought so its going to cost you more than what you signed saying it was going to cost. So the financial agreement applies to me but not you??? Not a word during the treatment either. I have been going here for about a year and a half and had nothing but financial chaos from them. Dont trust what they say. They also always send me a bill about 2-3 months later for a small 20 or 30 dollar amount and blaming the insurance company. Maybe it is them but get your business together and get it to me in a reasonable time frame. The only good thing about this place is that they are flexible with rescheduling appts. As I walked out I cancelled all future dental visits for my kids, husband and me.. I hope that $20.00 for a small little filling was worth losing 4 patients and having a bad review. Should have left a long time ago.

I am soooo disappointed .. Have not gone to the dentist for a long time they misquoted me the amount I was to pay.. Office Manager Tonya Biecrich is only there to make Bonus I have tried several times...4 in the last month to resolve payment that I have made for services rendered that should have been paid by my insurance company... I was told I reached my Delectable Not the case They Lied to me... I have to Dispute on my Credit card to get my Money... DO NOT GO THERE they have practices that are non ethical Tonya Biecrich should be Fired and Fined I am contacting Oregon State Dental Board

They botched a tooth extraction. Still have part of the tooth protruding from my gum. They lied about being able to replace the extracted tooth with an implant. Then they totally botched replacing an original crown. When I complained to the dentist that the new crown hurt after several weeks, she was rude, indifferent, and argumentative. The only good thing about the clinic was the hygienist, who was gentle and thorough. Cleaning teeth is important, but not as important as extractions and new crowns, or other major work. Dont go there if you expect to be taken care of professionally!

I liked this place it was mediocre that is until my last visit. the lady who cleaned my teeth was measuring my sockets deeper than they actually are, then she tried to pressure sell me some mouth wash that I didnt really need. then the tooth brush she gave me rips my gums apart which I feel like she did intentionally to back up the false claim she made about my gums. Im going to find a new dentist mostly becuase of this crazy lady the service was alright prior to this but not good enough to justify this fat ladies pressure sales tactics

I had an apt at 9am, first time there. Nice people at front desk. Ladt took me back for X rays, 18 of them. All went fine, she was very nice. Now the bad part. I was told the Dr. would be right in. After sitting there 30 mins, I got fed up and walked out. I called my insurance co and did a complaint. They told me that that was not acceptable, and said I would not be charged for the xrays. And told me to find another Dr. And I did. Dont ever go here unless you want to wait. Poor service!

I had an appointment here and everyone was VERY friendly. The dentist and the hygienist both took the time to explain everything to me so I left feeling very educated. The front desk gals were also extremely helpful. My only issue was they had a scheduling conflict and asked me to move my appointment the day of which luckily I could do. I am very happy with this place.

Had four teeth extracted for braces. All went well. They were really nice and supportive that helped me get over my anxiety of losing those teeth. They had a great sense of humor with other colleagues which you really dont find in most places these days. They all made me feel welcome. Would recommend for sure!

Saw the endodontist, Dr. Cutrera, for the first time today, and I have nothing but good things to say. He and the other staff members were all very nice, and I didnt feel a thing. Docked them one star just because its a dentists office.

This place was herding people in like cattle.Zero customer service skills by the doctor and once she found out I had no insurance she was gone didnt say another word to me.Worst experience ever.
