This dentist occupies an office within a large building on the right side of Vancouver Mall Dr. as you head off of Fourth Plain, and towards the mall. The office is well lit, quiet, and very calming. The front desk staff are all smiles and very friendly to the kids, even when they are nervous to be there. The dentist listed on the website is actually the dentist on site! That seems a rare thing today. Everyone there is friendly, comforting, patient, and understanding. They did everything to keep my daughter calm when she had to have cavities done and arrived there after a horrible experience with Premier Dental (never go there!). They took the time neccesary to get her through this visit with a calm and positive feeling as she left. Because she came in so scared and did well, they let her have an extra gift when she left. This is one dentist CUP insurees need to try first. They are not "out there" about accepting CUP, but they do accept it and they do not treat you any less than anyone else for havng it. This is what a dentist office experience for your children should be. Give them a try...you will not regret it.

My daughters first appointment was changed without my knowledge or consent. I had it scheduled for 1030 in the morning and when we got there at 1030 the receptionist Julie looked at me like I didnt belong there. Then she asked if she could help me and I told her my daughter was there for her 1030 appointment. Julie replied, "Her appointment was at 9:45" I knew that wasnt correct, but sat down and filled out the information for new patients anyway. After I had filled out the paper work and was rescheduling, Julie tells me, "didnt I talk to you yesterday?" Well, no, I worked 12 hours yesterday, you couldnt have talked with me. Julie said, "I asked if you could come in at 9:45 to do the paperwork." Well, this was not the time I had scheduled to come in. Obviously that time did not work for me, otherwise I would have scheduled it for that time in the first place. I am very upset and will not be returning. Julie was not very nice about it and I do not appreciate having my appointment times changed without my knowledge or consent. We will NOT be returning.

I have only written a few reviews in my whole life and my experience was certainly deserving of a wonderful review! The great service began from the first phone call to gather information which resulted in following up with an appointment. It was an emergency situation and they were able to get me in the very next day! Then if that wasnt above and beyond enough, they even called me back to ask me if I wanted to take an opening for an earlier appointment that day due to an opening. The office was easy to find and the waiting area comfortable. Everyone in the office was very courteous and professional - secretary, hygienist, Dentist. I saw Dr. Jagjit Bhui and my concerns were made legitimate extending above and beyond to address them. Dr. Bhui also made me feel like I was in very good hands often asking me how I was doing and responding to my needs. The procedure was the smoothest I had every experienced. I can have some anxiety issues but this was certainly not an issue at this office. I am so grateful for all who made such a visit possible!
