I m a very polite and nice person. I gave one star for a lady who handle with financial issues. You know,everybody wants a better bid especially for expensive implantation. I called many clinics to have an estimation on the total cost of my tooth implantation plan.all other clinic gave me a positive answer,but not in this clinic, fist, that lady spoke to me in a very unfriendly way: "our clinic is full, we wont accept new client anymore! We wont talk about any financial issues to whom is not our patient!" I said:" i just need to know how much roughly,if it is doable I can wait for even 1 to 2 years to do the implant ! " She said in a very disrespectful way : "No,we wont accept new patients forever! " I felt hurt! what ? !You wont receive new patients forever? ! How if some clients pass away,how if someone leave your business? !I hope she is the staff there only,not the clinic owner! Too terrible! This kind of business attitude who will rate you 5stats?,I guess those 3 "5 stars "reviews,should be from your own family ! I never have a hurt feeling from a dental clinic except this! By the way, the front desk was polite.

The entire staff is extremely kind, professional,and personable. The Doctors are great and very knowledgeable, they keep up with the latest in dental technologies and practices. The office hours are very convenient, and it is easy to schedule an emergency appointment on the short notice. The front desk is so helpful and positive!! Natasha was a pleasure on my way in and Tatyana was amazing on my way out! I highly recommend Powell Family Dental Care!!!

I LOVE this place as much as a person could love a dentist office! I recommend everyone to come here. Everyone is kind and helpful and genuine. Everything about this dental office is wonderful! The front desk managers, hygienists, and of course Dr.Khlevnoy and Dr.Dontsova . I have been coming here a years now and leave feeling like I have truly found one of the best dental experiences in Portland.

Came in for a braces consultation and had a lovely experience! All employees speak both Russian and English and were very helpful. My family and I understood what was going on during the appointment and there was never a need to get an interpreter to explain to my parents costumer service was wonderful. Highly recommend.
