I took time out of my work week to come to this practice as a new patient. I specifically requested a cleaning, and was told by the receptionist "no problem we can get everything done" when I booked the appointment. So I was expecting plenty of time for an exam with X-rays, plus a cleaning and discussion on whitening methods with the dentist. Instead, the X-rays and exam took so long that I was told after being there almost an hour that I would have to come back for the cleaning another day. I only spoke to the dentist briefly before he looked at his watch and rushed off to the next patient. I was not given a chance to ask questions about my exam results, or to talk to the dentist about the in-house whitening option* listed on their website. I was literally hustled out the door so they could squeeze the next patient into their day. I would never schedule an annual exam with a physician and be told that only part of the service could be completed and to come back another day for the rest. That doesnt exist in the medical world. Which is why this dental practice gets 1 star. If they valued new patient time and scheduled correctly instead of cramming their schedule with patients, all services could have been completed today and this review would read quite differently. Instead, Ive gone back online and found another dentist, Terwilliger Dental, which will provide an exam and cleaning when I visit them next month. The lady I spoke to on the phone at Terwilliger was surprised that Division Smiles didnt complete the cleaning same-day. Im surprised too! *As a side note, they dont offer in-house whitening (I asked the receptionist as I was checking out) so this is a misleading service listed on their website.

Great and gentle. Friendly and cooperative while giving you the real information about what is wrong with your mouth. They have a great financing system that makes a huge bill totally manageable. The secretary is amazing and knows pretty much everything about insurance, cost and financing for the customer/patient. I sent my wife to them and she was happy too. I just wish the general cost of dentistry was not so high. That said I do need to go back because my root canal is killing me 6 months after the procedure. They were understanding and willing to see me on a Saturday when they are usually closed. No fears with this dentist. Go here and give them business because I do not what to have to find a new one, I got lucky choosing them.

After cleaning the plaque off my teeth without making my gums into a waterfall of blood (no easy task) I decided to go back and get some wisdom teeth pulled that have been bothering me for years. Twice Ive had teeth pulled and the dentist would slip with their tools. Not this time. Dr. Kim was very professional and excited to be at work. He has sweet dog butt coat hangers and a bouquet of dum dum suckers that sealed the deal. The exterior could use some work, but the interior is great. Hopefully I dont need to go back soon, but if I do its finally a dentist I dont have to worry about.

Staff has always been very friendly to me . Dr Kim is conscience. The front office is clean & pleasant place to sit and wait. Not that I have ever had to wait very long. I appreciate that they are respectful of my time in that regard. The hygienist Erin was very communicative and friendly. Thanx.

Dr.Kim and his staff are amazing!! I went to him with a horrible infection. He took great care of me and my teeth and made sure I felt as little pain as possible. Got to be one of the best, I know I intend to return for future care and work.
