My initial visit at arbor was great the staff very helpful courteous. However last week I had to have several teeth removed not a fun procedure but fairly routine the oral surgeon who did the work was not the friendly type that I was accustomed to but oh well. Or so I thought he proceeded to treat my face like he was scraping out the Insides of pumpkin. Ramming a stainless dental tool in my mouth so hard I was left with a strange looking very deep bruise in a line on my cheek and similar bruises under my eye to the point I look like I have been assaulted with a blunt instrument. While I was being impatiently chastised for not holding my head stiff enough for the for the force being applied . Four days later the bruises have only become more prominent and appear that they are going to be around for a long time. And the roof of my mouth is shredded. I could go on but I think the point is made. I understand bruising and soarnes could be part of the procedure but I I dont bruise very easily and have talked to several people who have had the same procedure and have had nothing even close to what I experienced. No instructions or advise where given before I was uncerimoneiously let go with my gums bleeding profusely. So I would not recommend having any kind of oral surgery done at arbor dental.

I really enjoy this dentist, however, they reschedule almost every appointment they have with me. Today really frustrates me since I had to have my sons braces removed for tomorrows appointment and then get them put back on next week. Now I have to wait another week before my sons braces go back on. They not only wasted my time but they wasted my money because I have to pay extra in the long run because having his braces off that long his teeth adjust and hell need to wear them longer.

Best dental visit Ive had. Didnt have to wait for my appointment, they were on time. They respect that my time is valuable and they worked with my schedule. Clean modern office with a professional staff who are friendly. I felt at ease and didnt feel any pain. They helped me prioritize my dental plan that fits my budget without sacrificing my teeth. I liked the speediness of the service and the fact that having pulled 5 teeth sounds quiet painful but in all actuality it wasnt. Literally took 5 mins and I was done great care and appointment reminders with emails and phone calls are great business practices.

Im probably every dentists worst nightmare, I have such a fear of the dentist and have to stop throughout my visit to regain my nerves. But i had a great supportive team at arbor dental. The dentist was fast and really worked with me and my fear.

Fairly nice people, but completely unreliable as they change appointments with little to no notice and its even worse when they act like its your fault. This makes it very difficult when arranging work around their schedule.

was good until they rescheduled every single appointment I have. Wouldnt be an issue except they only have openings months away, so when they call two days before to reschedule for a few more months its irritating.
