My first appointment with Dr. Garner and his wonderful team was on June 1, 2015. On that day I was have extreme pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm. All of this as the result of a fall in January 2015. From January until June, I have been to my family doctor and physical therapy. After 12 visits to GSHW, I can honestly say that my pain level has been reduced by 50%. I am gaining more mobility and slowing regaining my life. I can not say enough positive things about the care I have received at GSHW. Dr. Garner and his team are very caring, friendly, understanding, and knowledge about what it is going to take to move forward with my recovery. Do not wait until you are in pain to see Dr. Garner -- run dont walk to his office. The care that is provided there is life changing and will ensure that you dont have issues sneak up and rob you of your body. Its amazing what a difference the pro-adjuster has made in 12 visits. GSHW is definitely the place you should check out ASAP. You definitely will be glad you did.

I have been a patient of Dr Garners for many years.. The following is one episode which shows the compassion and competency of Dr. Chris I had an acute episode one day when I fell to the floor in pain after getting up quickly to answer the phone. I manged to crawl to the couch and call a neighbor. At this point I could not move left or right or get up from the couch. I called Grand Strand Health &Wellness and was told to come in immediately. Using a walker I borrowed from the neighbor, and with her assistance, I managed to get into her car. Long story short, I walked out of their office, pain free and with no difficulty moving!! I recommend this office to anyone with pain or difficulty mith movement!

They are "people machines." They are interested in getting the maximum amount of customers through in the shortest amount of time. Worker handed me sticky plastic cards to read and got mad because I did not spend enough time reading them (I forgot my glasses.) They are so rushed that they put the compression wrap on the wrong limb--I had to tell them of the mistake. Many workers have multi-colored hair, which is very unprofessional. Doctor seems nice, but rushed. Felt like they focused on what they wanted to focus on, not what my concerns were.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. They were very thorough and helpful in addressing my husbands back issues. We definitely chose the right place. After my husband has been treated for several months he has improved remarkably. Dr. Chris and his staff are very competent and caring individuals. Each person is treated like family and the results show it. I cannot say enough about how great Grand Strand Health and Wellness is. We tell all our friends about it. I would give Dr. Garner and his staff 10 stars if I could. Their focus is always on the patient. I have been going to Dr. Garner for 3 years and he has given me a "new lease on life." My back was so bad, it was hard to even cook for more than 30 minutes. Thanks to Dr. Garner, I can now pick up my grandkids with ease, run while pushing a double stroller, and even play better golf! He was yet another miracle in my life!

I havent felt this good in years. Everyone is so pleasant and efficient, Im in and out before I have a chance to read a paragraph in a book. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy life more than just getting through the work day. The massage therapy is so relaxing and it relieves the nerve pain that I still have after back surgery.

They are extremely fake, their only concerns are getting customers and forcing them to make another appointment. I was treated very unfairly when I asked for my x-rays to get a second opinion, and out of spite and anger a staff member told a patient some private information of mine. Dont be fooled by their smiles.
