Dr. Lance & Dr. Aliya & their staff have completely changed my life & thats no exaggeration. I was introduced to Gard Wellness Center through a health fair at my job where they offered a free 5 minute massage & a free consultation with a free 30 minute massage at a later date. I was skeptical about going & even canceled my first appointment because I didnt feel like taking the time out to schedule the massage. Lazy, I know. What brought me to finally take the plunge was the fact that I had a migraine that lasted a week with no let up. Im a month away from being 25 & Ive dealt with headaches/migraines since I was 7. My parents thought it was because I needed glasses, which I wear, but I was still getting them on a pretty consistent basis of like 3 times a week or more. I was scared that something more serious was wrong with me (like a possible tumor), so I decided to take a natural approach of chiropractic medicine & if the headaches persisted, I would go to a neurologist. Coming to Gard Wellness Center has been the best medical decision I ever made. Within the first two weeks of going, my headaches stopped. I would still get the occasion menstrual headache or hunger headache, but as far as having a headache for no reason, they were gone. I couldnt believe it. I also have some issues with my feet & Dr. Lance & Dr. Aliya helped me get orthotics for my shoes! Its really nice to have doctors who REALLY care about your health & well-being instead of worrying about how much theyre going to get paid from the insurance company. I also love that they have different payment options & are willing to work with you to make sure you get the care you need. Theyre also extremely flexible when it comes to rescheduling appointment times which I really appreciate because my schedule changes constantly. Ive been telling everyone I know about Gard Wellness. If youre looking for chiropractor office where the staff is genuinely nice & the doctors care about your health, this is definitely the place to come.

I love Gard Wellness! I have to say, Ive avoided chiropractic care for a while because I thought of it as kind of a snake oil. After Gard visited my employers health fair offering free chair massages, I took them up on a free consultation because it promised the offer of another free massage. I was surprised when Dr. Aliya told me that they had helped people with GERD/Acid Reflux in the past, as that was something I had struggled with for years (been to several doctors, with no help, ultimately just prescribed prilosec...) I signed up for the treatment plan they offered me, and to my AMAZEMENT my GERD was completely gone after about a month of regular visits. I had no idea that was even possible, but I havent struggled with it a single day since then. Of course, I continue to come for regular adjustments. Dr. Christian is awesome and always does a great job. All of the staff at Gard are so friendly and helpful, from insurance questions to credit card payments and more. Any time I have called, I have gotten a call back very quickly. Any time I have emailed, I have received a response within the hour. Ive never been to a doctors office that is more responsive and helpful.

I took my 13-year-old son because he was constantly complaining of aches and pains in his back, shoulders, and feet. He grew 7 inches in a year; it was not surprising. Listening to his treatment and proper alignment of the spine, I realized that I could probably use it, too. A couple of years ago, I saw a physical therapist for sciatica. She told me one of my lower vertebra had minimal movement so the one above it had hyper movement. Best treatment, she said was to walk more. However, it popped constantly. More irritating than painful. I was just always aware of it. Walking helped some, but I always had to work through the aches and pains as I started each walk. Second visit, Dr. Christian adjusted my lower spine and I was so surprised. I just knew. It was gone. No more ache. No more popping. Walking became so easy. Added bonus, I sleep so well, now. Oh, and my son, he is doing well, too. His back complaints are decreasing and best for me is that he really enjoys going.

Choosing Gard Wellness Center is the best decision I have made in a long time. This is my first experience seeing a chiropractor and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The office is clean, the entire staff is super friendly and the environment is comfortable. I love it that they always remember my name too. For the last two years, I suffered from debilitating sciatic nerve pain. After trying to ignore it for a bit, I started physical therapy but I knew it was time to do something different when I didnt feel any better than when I started. Glad I chose Gard Wellness Center as in a very short amount of time, Dr. Christian has given me my quality of life back and for the first time in those two years I am starting to feel like myself again. That is huge! That debilitating pain? Gone. I think he is amazing!! Dr. Christian is both knowledgeable and trustworthy, he also has a great approach with his patients, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Originally turned on to this place due to a day reserved for free 10 min massages courtesy of my workplace recruiter, Synergy Marketing Consultants. They needed the clinical hours and we needed the stress relief! I was a happy recipient to a free consultation, evaluation and a 30 min massage package. They recently moved to the right (notice the signage) but other than that they were easy to find through google maps. A very clean, organized and kind atmosphere with a pleasant admin. Discovered so many underlying causes of my migraines, sleepless nights and general aches were related to my muscle inflammation and changes in my alignment. Working on my feet, driving, or even the daily posture of computer/phone use has definitely taken its toll on my body. Looking forward to treating these symptoms from the root and working with Dr. Lance more intimately.

I was seeking chiropractic care a few months after my first pregnancy and upon having developed severe lower back pain and an annoyance with consistent headaches. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous about the affordability and the practice as a whole. The first consultation was informative and educational and I felt at ease during my first adjustment. Dr. Ailyah and Dr. Lance have gone beyond addressing my back pain and headaches; they have advised me on nursing and baby carrying posture, and helped my newborn have free range of motion in her neck. I appreciate the time they take to address any concern that might have come up since my last visit and they are great!!! with kids. They care about the whole person and whole family and I trust their guidance and care 100%.

Dr. Christian and staff are super nice!! I heard about them from an event at work. They had a promotion to come in for a free eval and you get a free 30 minute massage. I initially went for the free massage. I have been seeing an ortho doctor for the past 2 years for back issues. I have been on heavy duty pain meds for 2 years. When Dr. Christian showed me why I was having so much pain, I was floored. I thought why not try this route, I am willing to try anything to get me off of the pain meds. Well it has been one week and three adjustments and one massage and I can already tell a change. I am so looking forward to being free of pain and off of pain meds. I cannot begin to thank Dr. Christian and his staff. Glad I went for the "free massage" You cant go wrong with Dr. Christian!!
