Not a positive experience. The office came highly recommended. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled visit and was taken back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When moved from the primary waiting room to the secondary waiting area (just outside of the chiropractors office), you are placed in a holding pin (4 or 5 chairs) within earshot of the individual currently receiving treatment. I was able to hear all of the conversation between Mr. Anderson and the patient before me. No reasonable accommodation was made for her visit or mine to protect the privacy of the patient. In fact, during my examination another patient of the practice was able to walk in and ask a question of Mr. Anderson while I was being examined and my condition was being discussed. While in an exam room/x-ray waiting room, I could still clearly hear into the other rooms and overhear other visits. I feel as though this type of willful disregard for the federal requirements to protect my health information (and the information of others) should be addressed. If your privacy isnt important to you, the staff was very friendly and the chiropractor seemed to be very nice. I have no complaints with the service I received.

I have been to see Dr. Armstrong for two different issues over the years. The first time I walked in there all hunched over and in pain. Walked out nearly upright and much more comfortable. He works magic, instant relief. A few more visits and I was good to go. 11 years later, I was having neck pain...no question who to go see. Dr. Armstrong once again helped me out, got me mobile and feeling much better in short order. Dr. Armstrong knows just what to do, his "adjustments" are right on. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Great location, and a very nice office. I would not even consider calling anyone else if I were needing a chiropractor. Five stars!

Im a long time patient of Dr. Armstrongs. He has taken great care of me and improved my quality of life by keeping me tuned up. I first came to see him because I had a stiff neck - it was so bad I felt like it was unsafe for me to drive because I couldnt adequately look over my shoulder into my blind spot. He worked on me for several consecutive weeks to correct my problem and now I see him every couple weeks to maintain my mobility and comfort. He and his staff are always courteous and cheery - we often have good laughs during my bi-monthly visits and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend!

The office is always clean and well kept after. Very professional and polite staff that make you feel that your treatment is the most important at that time. Ive been seeing Dr. Armstrong since moving to North Carolina 3 years ago. When I started seeing him, I had been suffering from chronic neck and back pain, and sciatica for a long time. I dont see the chiropractor often but when I do I see Dr. Richard Armstrong. I saw him today after several years and he is just as nice, friendly as he was back then. He has a very pleasant demeanor and genuinely cares for his patients. His nurse, Dianne, is also wonderful. The office is neat and clean. There is a tv in the lobby which displays positive, motivational quotes. I just love Dr. A!

After a few sessions, back to exercising and moving around again. I now go everyone quarter or so to make sure all is well. Great staff all around.
