My initial reason for seeking chiropractic care was a severe lower back injury, but years later and with the injury long since healed, I continue regular visits to Dr. Kosterman for ongoing maintenance as well as treatment of specific issues as they occur. Dr. Kosterman is the best health care professional I know, Sarah runs the office politely and efficiently, and both always make you feel like “part of the family”. Dr. Kosterman is very effective at providing relief for any physical pain including back pain, any kind of muscle soreness/stiffness, and headaches, but his care goes far beyond that. Dr. Kosterman takes time to listen and understand whatever you need help with. He asks good questions to make sure he understands the details, and follows up with specific adjustments, advice, and recommendations. I have noticed so many unexpected benefits after an extended period of regular chiropractic care. My decades-long sinus allergies are virtually gone, even in the worst part of the pollen seasons. My ability to handle stress is noticeably improved on a daily basis. My mental outlook is clearer and more positive. My energy level is higher and more consistent and sustained. The list goes on and on. Even if you have no physical complaints, I would highly recommend that you visit Dr. Kosterman for a checkup. I always look forward to my visits because I know I will leave feeling better and more capable of handling whatever happens next. I truly believe Dr. Kosterman’s care is one of the primary reasons for my ongoing heath and well being.

When I came to Dr. Kostermans office for the first time I was having pain in my groin area and my digestive system had not been right for over 15 years. In the mornings I was not able to bend my back forward more than 25%. He told me that these types of things should not be happening (especially the back restriction) to someone that was 37 years old. He did his initial assessment and saw that my neck was out of alignment and that my lower back was in between a 2-3 in severity of damage. He told me there was a possibility that we could stop the damage from increasing, but it would take about 24 visits. I decided to start the treatment and almost immediately all of the issues I was having went away. My groin pain was gone after one week, my back movement restriction was gone during that first week and my digestive system has not had any issues since I started. It has been great. I will say that I dont really feel any different after an adjustment and that is due to the fact that my issues were never at a severe level, but the continued "tune up" every once in a while keeps me headed in the right direction. As far as the office atmosphere, it could not be better. Dr. Kosterman and Ashley are smiling every time I come in and are always soft spoken and willing to meet my schedule demands and listen to me go on and on about my family. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kosterman for any Chiropractic needs that you may have and have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy being a patient of his.

Dr. Kosterman is extremely patient and warm, greeting you with a smile at every session. He remembers your name and always answers all of your questions thoroughly; never seeming rushed or inconveniencing. Upon my initial consultation he explained in depth how chiropractic care could not only alleviate my back pain but also eliminate my bouts of insomnia and migraine spells without the reliance of prescription medicine. After three sessions I was able to get a full nights rest without interruption. Additionally, my migraines subsided significantly becoming less incapacitating and excruciating with every occurrence. My main concerns being addressed, I was delighted to notice my breathing and posture improved. Shout out to Alex and Ashley at the front desk! Theyre very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. In comparison to other doctors Ive seen he has great bedside manner with an apparent genuine interest in his patients well being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kostermans for six months and I want to share how much he has improved my quality of life. About nine months ago I started experiencing problems with my arms and shoulders. I couldnt lift them over my head and had excruciating pain. My husband has been going to Dr. Kosterman for over a year, for a bad hip. I have never gone to a Chiropractor before, but I also do not want to be given pills to make the pain go away. My husband saw a documentary on Chiropractic medicine and saw several people with my symptoms that were helped by a Chiropractor. I had frozen arms. I met Dr. Kosterman at the booth he had set up outside my employer. He had already packed up most of his booth when I arrived and still offered to run a few diagnostic scans of my neck to check alignment (which I knew was off). sure enough he saw my neck was in a poor state, and offered me a chance to have xrays taken of my entire spine so that he could help me better my life by realigning my missaligned vertabrae. I have visited several other chiropractors before but I became skeptical of the entire practice because the others only seemed to worsen my condition. Dr. K has since changed my view by proving there are good chiropractors out there. I think it has been close to a year since I started seeing Dr. Kosterman and I will not go to another chiropractor if I have the choice. He genuinely cares for your health and well-being!

We are extremely happy with how chiropractic care has helped our son. Being a special needs mom, Im always looking over the internet for more natural approaches to help our son stay healthy and as happy as he can be. It was after a really rough time for us, that a church friend told us about Dr. Kosterman. I called that day and spoke with Ashley. Wow.....she was so friendly and soon we were scheduled. I was nervous about the first visit, but our son was comfortable with Dr. Kosterman from the minute he walked in. We have been going weekly for a couple of months now, and it has made the biggest difference for all of us. We love that he gets excited to see "Dr. K", and Ms. Ashley too. We feel blessed and are so happy with where we are today!

Each time I visit Dr. Kosterman I am impressed by his steady and consistent professionalism. He puts me at ease and sincerely cares about my progress. Although he knows its people nature to do what we do to take care or not care for ourselves at home, he never gives up on encouraging me to take one more step toward home well-care practices. Prior to my regular treatments with Dr. Kosterman I was struggling with consistent mid back pain and left leg nerve pain, both as a result of a history of sedentary lifestyle mixed in with two falls. I no longer experience that level of daily discomfort. My neck has improved to the point that it is no longer straining my shoulders and mid back/vice versa. Im pleased with his whole spine approach.
