I began coming here recently because I have been having headaches due to stress that I carry in my neck and upper back. Being a clinic that doesnt require an appointment and one that is very budget friendly was attractive to me. All of the good reviews on Google and other sites helped as well so I figured I would give it a shot. Dr. Workman is a cool guy, very down to earth and very thorough in talking you through what is going on with your body. The first appointment is 30 minutes or so because you have to go over your history and Dr. Workman wants to take his time with you and not rush you but my next appointment was maybe 10 minutes long. I was also impressed with the fact that Dr. Workman sent me an email after my first appointment with attachments that included stretches and self-care methods to help me heal faster. Plus, at my first appointment I mentioned the stress I deal with and at the second appointment he had brought in a bottle of vitamins that are supposed to be good for stress relief just to give me an idea of something I could look up online as a possible help. That is cool to me because thats doing something outside of what is required, going home and remembering one of your patients and bringing in something to show him the next day; good stuff. Anyhow if you have reservations about chiropractic I would say try it and if you want to just try it, this is the place to do it at because you will be seen quickly by a good Doctor and you wont break the bank. I just wanted to add the staff up front is friendly and helpful as well because in my experience, you dont always get that when you go to a medical facility. Editing my post to add that I saw Dr. Cherese today for the first time and she is great. The doctors here are enthusiastic.

I try to go to The Joint once a month to get adjusted, I notice the tension in my neck and headaches are dramatically reduced when I visit monthly. Its been a few months since I have been in and the other day I did something to my back. The shooting pains were so bad it brought me to my knees a couple of times and I had to catch my breathe. When I go to The Joint its usually a preventative visit with nothing to major, this time I was in a lot of pain and literally was hobbling inside. When I got adjusted I felt an immediate relief and the dull aching had stopped. Time would tell if the shooting pains would subside and guess what? They did! I am only experiencing a slight bit of soreness but not only is that to be expected but I will take that any day over the excruciating pain I was experiencing. Thank you for the immediate relief!

As a massage therapist and having worked for years with chiropractors, I am especially tuned in to my own chiropractic health care so I think that my recommendation can be trusted. It is with confidence I say that you can be assured that you will receive quality care no matter which doctor you see. I will add that I appreciated Dr. Mark Workman who uses activator as well as manual adjustments. That is great when you have swelling, pain and might have trouble relaxing for a manual adjustment. I also especially appreciate Dr. Charisse Bratcher who I trust most to do a manual adjustment for my neck. I have been SO happy with the attitude and care of all the doctors I have seen. It really is amazing that someone thought of a way to make quality chiropractic care more affordable.

Theres is absolutely nothing negative I could possibly say about Dr Cherese and The Joint! The impact she and this company have already made on my life, there are no words to express my gratitude. The affordability, the efficiency, and the knowledge of this practice and Dr Cherese is unbelievable. Ive been struggling with chronic pain for many years and for the first time I have finally found a doctor had truly, and genuinely cares to help me. Dr Cherese is helping change my quality of life, and my life as a whole completely. I will be following her wherever she may go for as long as I am in this area and she is in practice! Dr. Workman has been VERY helpful to me. I have been struggling with performs syndrome for about 8 months and have done many things to try to get this to resolve. I had made some progress but never could seem to get over the hump. I was referred to Dr. Workman and within 3 visits the nerve pain disappeared. I am now at 95% and have valued his help not only in adjustments but in advising me as to what I can do on my own to keep improving. I am going to keep working with him and have no hesitation in recommending him to others!

Ideal location, knowledgeable chiropractic. I saw Dr. Kevin Trippe, and he spend the time to understand my issues in order to give me a thorough adjustment. It was just what I needed. He gave me an adjustment Ive been hoping for for a while. At times, Ive been disappointed at how quickly the doctors adjust (at different locations of the Joint) without paying attention to the individuals needs. This was a different story. I highly recommend Dr. Trippe - he is very perceptive and skilled. I will be back here regularly.

its very nice not to have to make an appointment, scan your barcode you in.. both the chiropractors I have seen have been very nice.. with no insurance it is much more economical here than most of the places I found... very pretty and clean new office.. lots of parking.. Like so many offices these days they do try to upsell you to a plan.. butthey are very nice if you choose not to go with it... I will be going back

The Joint is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are excellent. Ive been seeing Dr. Cherese for adjustments for several months due to an old spinal injury, and my back and neck have not felt this good in years. I tell everyone I can to try the Joint, and Ive even got my mother coming in for adjustments too--love them!

Love the place. I was already happy with their service before they opened in Cary, but now it is also so convenient, easy to get in and out. Five minutes is all it takes to get back to a better aligned day. But he also is so good with advise on improving your stretches and water intake, very valuable tidbits in each session!
