Ive been a patient of Dr. Therouxs for several years now, and I dont have a single complaint. The office as a whole has a very warm and welcoming vibe to it. At the front desk, Irene and Rhonda have always been friendly and accommodating. I remember walking into the office one day and Irene was caring for another patients baby while they were getting work done. It was so reassuring to see they really have the intentions of making any patients visit the best it possibly can be. When it comes to scheduling appointments, the staff as a whole always tries their best to meet my needs as a patient. They work late hours on Wednesday and Thursday, and they are open on Fridays, which is great due to my complex work schedule. Dr. Theroux is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Shes very understanding and knowledgeable about everything she does. Ive had a few dental emergencies over the years, and Dr. Theroux always returns my calls no matter what day of the week it is. She has no problem coming in for emergencies on the weekends (she came in twice for me)! Overall, the care I receive from Dr. Theroux and her staff is truly outstanding. Would recommend to anyone!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Therouxs for a few years now and am thrilled I made the move to her office. The staff has never been anything but professional and friendly. Ive never had to wait to be seen for my appointment, almost as if they realize my time is valuable as well. Ive been extremely pleased with the hygienists Ive seen. They always do a great job cleaning my teeth and never cause me any pain, which has happened with other dental offices. When seeing Dr. Theroux, she is thorough, pleasant and on top of the latest treatment methods. Shes had to do some dental work for me, and I was pleased with how she explained what she was doing, and I did not experience any discomfort while she was performing the work. I would highly recommend Dr. Theroux to anyone looking for a top notch, professional, state of the art dental office with a caring staff. Youd be hard pressed to find someone more caring, knowledgeable and pleasant when it comes to your dental needs.

Worst experience with a dentist and dental office ever! Dr. Tina Theroux did two fillings on my teeth and now my mouth is not the same! Told her that my bite was different and that even my speech was different - she told me anything she did to fix it would just make it worse and that the only thing that could be done was to put a crown on the teeth (expensive and unnecessary!) Ive never in my life had a filling done that was not smooth or that caused this much of a problem. The office staff is unhelpful. They never call back, even when youre told they will. You have to keep calling them to follow up on next appointments and requests for records. Cleanings were never with the same hygienist, and some were pretty rough - left one without my teeth being polished because my gums/mouth was too raw. Would never recommend - BEWARE!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Therouxs for over 15 years and I will not see anyone else. She takes care of most of my family as well. Everyone in her office is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and thorough. I have never experienced a bad visit at her office. I am comfortable asking her anything regarding my treatment plan and asking questions or if I am unsure of anything. When I had a weekend emergency, Dr Theroux took care of me right away and was available after hours when I needed her. I have nothing bad to say about the entire practice.

My children (ages 16 and 14) have been seeing Dr. Theroux for the past seven years and Love her! She is friendly, kind and caring and always takes the time to listen to their concerns. She explains procedures in "their" terms and eases any fears they have and offers suggestions to improve their oral health. She is thorough in her exams and her staff is very friendly and as caring as she is! I highly recommend Dr. Theroux and happy to have her as our Dentist.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Theroux for many years. I started seeing her when she practiced in Blackstone. I was sad when she left. I was overjoyed when I found her on a Google search. I found her practice in North Grafton. I live in Northern RI. I travel to see her and her staff because in my opinion they are the best. I was traumatized by going to the dentist when I was a child. After college I tried one of the dental chains and was traumatized even more. But from the first time I walked into Dr. Therouxs office, I felt at ease. Both the doctor and her wonderful staff have made my family and I feel welcome and not dread trips to the dentist - regardless of what we have had done. I highly recommend her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Therouxs for several years. I left due to inconvenient hours ( not open Friday or Saturday), high prices, and a rude and unprofessional receptionist (Irene). Dr. Theroux also is sometimes rude and abrupt. There are many dentists available and I have found one so much better.

I have been a patient of Dr. T for years. Everyone in the office is very professional and knowledgeable. It is a great atmosphere where you can tell everyone loved their jobs. I am also a dental phobic and they cater to wimps like me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

She pulled my sons tooth , it got infected. She gave me an emergency number. I called the number to another dentist, said they were not affiliated and he did not know her . Also speaking to friends about her practice she had double billed them . I would stay clear of her practice.
