I moved to Uxbridge six months ago and needed to locate a dentist that had flexible hours to work around my busy schedule. I located Uxbridge Family Dental and scheduled a cleaning very easily around my schedule. During the cleaning visit the staff was very professional and friendly. I visited by Dr. Zyoud who had reviewed my exrays and wanted to review with me the issues that were discovered by the xrays. There was extensive work to be done including fillings, extractions, and crowns. He set up a listing of the different procedures and arrange the procedures in areas of importance so that I could manage my expenses and my insurance more easily. The scheduling staff at the front desk was able to schedule appointments for the different things around my schedule and review with me my estimated cost after insurance would pay their %. It was very helpful and assisted me in being able to budget the different dental work throughtout the year. I have recommended Uxbridge Dental to friends in the area and will continue to use Uxbridge Family Dental as my preferred Dentistry solution.

I hadnt been to Uxbridge family dental in a couple of years as their insurance requirements have changed. However, I needed to re-visit them a few weeks ago to have a tooth insert they had made me years ago replaced because I had misplaced mine. Yes, I just said I misplaced my tooth lol. When I had called them to book the appt weeks ago, the extremely friendly, professional, and optimistic Kate answered the phone. She remembered who I was immediately and helped take away my anxiety by reassuring me that it would all work out and and that they would do the new moldings and have a replacement in no time! I am happy to say that yesterday I went to have the final fitting and I am extremely satisfied! Im sad that they dont accept my insurance anymore because I just love all the girls there and my dentist was the most classy, calming and professional young man. Thank you for all your help Uxbridge family dental!!

I have been a patient for over 30 years. When the practice changed hands a few years ago, I continued seeing Dr. Zyoud because he and his staff continued the same friendly, personalized, and practical care that I had grown accustomed to. The dentists and staff at Uxbridge Family Dental make going to the dentist a far less stressful and uncomfortable experience than it otherwise can be. I also appreciate that Dr. Zyoud is on the forefront of keeping up with, and taking advantage of, technology in dental care and patient notification. One small example are the friendly text message reminders of my upcoming appointment. Thank you Dr. Zyoud and all of your great staff!

Folks at Uxbridge Family Dental are professional, courteous and thorough with their work. My dentist, Dr. Domenech talks through each stage of his dental work, when needed. My hygienist is friendly and answers all of my questions. She uses the dental camera to create images that provide critical information for the dentist and allow me to understand her dental hygiene observations and recommendations. The receptionist carefully coordinates with my dental Insurance and my schedule to show me expenses Ill incur as well as convenient appointment dates. Hi my names Mike and I went here for the first time this year for a cleaning and a cavity. A month later I was back to get a crown done. The dentist explained everything to me and I didnt feel a thing when they did it. The staff was great and I had a great experience and highly recommend this place to everyone! They really went above and beyond to help me out. What I appreciated the most was the time they spent making sure everything was perfect and they even stayed late to get it done that day. I have been having all my dental work done at Uxbridge Family Dental for many years now and continue to go there because of their professionalism, hard work and great staff!!! All my dental cleanings and upkeep are performed by Dental Hygienist Norma whom I consider the BEST dental Hygienist Ive ever dealt with and Im in my 50s! She is knowledgeable, professional and both sociable as well as personable, plus she explains everything she doing in ways that you can understand. I would recommend Norma to anyone that needs dental cleanings and work done.

I have been going to this practice for many years. The staff are always pleasant and easy to work with. They are no pressure and explain clearly what is going on with my teeth. The new dentist was super nice. She explained to me what I should be doing with an area of concern and answered my questions clearly. Allie is a fantastic hygienist and is super concious with cleanliness and being in your personal space. She is probably the best hygienist I have ever had. I really recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 3 years and was not looking forward to it. This was my first appointment at the Uxbridge Family Dental. I was greeted by professional staff that made me feel welcome. I was dreading the teeth cleaning part since I havent been in regularly for a few years. I was pleasantly surprised by my hygienist, Allie, by how careful and gentle she was with the cleaning. I left with the feeling that my dental health was in good hands and I will continue to be a patient at this office.

Ive been going to Uxbridge Family Dental ever since they bought out Dr. Burgers practice. Ive been very pleased with the way they take care of my dental work. Ive had two crowns installed and a few cavities done. Dr. D. is very professional and does excellent work, you cannot tell the difference between my crowns and my real teeth. Also I go every six months for a cleaning and check-up. Norma, is one of the best dental hygienist I ever had.

The staff is great and the work is great. The dentist is rude as hell tho. Ive continued to go there out of convenience but every time I leave I swear I wont go back because of his attitude. I had to cancel an appointment once and it was last minute Ill admit. I got held over at work. The office knew that with my job this can happen and they charged me a $50 missed appointment fee.

We like coming in to Uxbridge Family Dental because our appointments are always right on time, all the staff are very friendly and the hygienists are patient and very careful with their cleanings in our sensitive mouths.
