I had been going to Dr. Kalinowski literally since I was a baby so I was quite sad and a little apprehensive when I found out he was retiring. But I have to say after working with Dr. Alhamdi Im not apprehensive anymore. Since adulthood Ive been notoriously bad about taking care of my teeth. One thing I loved about Dr. Kalinowski was that whenever I came to see him, he never judged me or gave me a condescending look when my x-rays looked terrible. He was always kind and ready to give a course of action. I have to say that Dr. Alhamdi is the exact same way. I made a vow to take care of my teeth once and for all before I lose them for good. In the past month Dr. Alhamdi has filled 6 of my cavities (with a seventh and final filling scheduled for next month) and never once did he make me feel bad about it. They werent all easy cavities to fill, but he did a great job with them. My mouth, which used to hurt most every day, feels better than it has in years. He knows what hes doing. And the assistants and office workers are a pleasure to work with as well. If youre looking for a dentist in the Webster/Dudley/Oxford area I would highly recommend going to Dudley Family Dental.

Dr. Kalinowski prior to retirement (The previous owner) did a wonderful job picking his replacement dentist, Dr. Sinan, who took over his practice and became my new dentist...Dr. Sinan is a very compassionate person that takes his time treating his patients. I did not feel rushed in his office as he is detailed oriented and extremely thorough. I feel blessed that have him as my new dentist. I also very happy with my new Hygienist, Tania, she is very very nice, gentle on my teeth and tough on my tartar... The new management under Sarah is very knowledgeable, they will maximize your insurance benefits so you pay very minimum for your co-pay. They have a great way of making thing work. Even for my crowns last month, they helped me with zero financing to get a bridge that I could not afford before. I highly recommend this office as they are trying their best. They are the only dentist in Dudley and I dont wanna travel anywhere. Please give them a try and help grow their business... Yes I am a big fan and I assure you you would be :)) I

After reading all of these wonderful reviews from the patients that go to Dudley Family Dental, I am positively giving them a call to see if they are accepting new patients..., I want to go to them, they sound exceptionally wonderful. Thank you to all of you for your great and positive feedback. I had the most horrifying experience at Webster Smiles and do not recommend them to anyone. Rude people and terrible work. On a scale of 1 - 10. I rate them in the negative area. I could go on and on with the complaints on them and the horrible work and screw ups that they did on my teeth but you probably can tell just by what I have already written. I had the same dentist in Grafton for many years but I unfortunately moved away.

I had been going to Dr. John Kalinowski for 30 years, and when I heard he was retiring and searching for the right owner I was a little uneasy. I was happy for Dr. John as he has worked hard. Upon going to my first cleaning appointment with the new owner in place I was quickly very relaxed and felt good that Dr. John picked Dr. Sinan Alhamdi, a friendly guy with a nice sense of humor. His professional staff was very nice as well. My hygienist was friendly and introduced a new cleaning method to me that I really liked. When I went back in 6 months for my next cleaning I was greeted by a newly painted office with new furniture in the lobby as well as a TV and TVs in the hygienists rooms as well. They are equipped with the most modern technology and procedures available. I recommend going to Dudley Family Dental. You wont be disappointed!

I have been a patient of the previous owner Dr. Kalinowski since he opened the practice. I knew everyone that worked there and had a wonderful relationship with all of them. Needless to say I was a little nervous when I learned that the practice was sold due to retirement. I was pleasantly surprised when I went there for my semi-annual visit. I was greeted by Karen which was very comforting and then Danielle...just reinforcing the "family feel" that I always felt when I went there. My new hygienist Tania was professional and friendly. She even provided excellent info to help me improve my dental care. The hydro cleaning experience was great as well. I am very happy with the new staff and look forward to being a patient of Dr. Alhamdi. and his staff.

I would highly recommend Dudley Family Dental. When i first walked in, I was astonished on how clean and decorated they kept their business. My hygienist was Michele and she was the best I have ever had. Upon being a little nervous because this was my first time at this dentistry, her and I conversed about everything under the sun and I even got to listen to my favorite music. Everybody there is so polite and welcoming. Doctor Alhamdi is very intelligent and knows what he is doing. Upon leaving, I set up an exam for my next cleaning and I also got to go home with a goodie bag and a $50 credit for one of my family members. So if youre looking for a dentistry to go to and you are unsure on where to go, look no further ! I promise you wont be disappointed !

Review update December 15, 2016, I visited again today for a repair on a tooth. Another AWESOME EXPERIENCE! My tooth is fixed I need a little more work, however what I love most is there is NEVER any pressure to spend more than I can. The doctor, staff, hygienists nobody pressures you they always say just let us know when your ready. I would not trust my teeth or my childrens to anyone else. Highly recommended. We as a family absolutely love Family Dental. They are kind compassionate and above all professionals. I love that they know your name when you come in and they are on top of all dental health. I Broke a tooth a couple of weeks ago. I just moved into the area and needed a new dentist. I search the web to find a dentist close to my home. I couldnt be happier with Dudley Family Dental. The staff is so friendly and professional,. Dr. Alhamdi was very understanding, when he heard that my dental insurance would not cover a crown for several months, he suggested a build up until I was covered to schedule the crown. My tooth feels great and I will have the crown in a few months. Kate my hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, the whole experience was very comfortable I would highly recommend Dr Alhamdi and his staff.
